"Might take"

  1.   18 Then they cried with a loud voice in the Jews’ aspeech unto the people of Jerusalem that were on the wall, to affright them, and to trouble them; that they might take the city.
  2.   13 That it might take hold of the ends of the earth, that the wicked might be shaken out of it?
  3.   4 And aconsulted that they might take Jesus by bsubtilty, and ckill him.
  4.   1 After two days was the feast of the passover, and of unleavened bread: and the chief priests and the ascribes sought how they might take him by craft, and put him to bdeath.
  5.   20 And they watched him, and sent forth spies, which should feign themselves just men, that they might atake hold of his words, that so they might deliver him unto the power and authority of the governor.
  6.   17 Therefore doth my Father alove me, because I blay down my life, that I might ctake it again.
  7.   57 Now both the chief priests and the Pharisees had given a commandment, that, if any man knew where he were, he should shew it, that they might take him.
  8.   38 ¶ And after this aJoseph of Arimathaea, being a disciple of Jesus, but secretly for bfear of the Jews, besought Pilate that he might take away the body of Jesus: and Pilate gave him leave. He came therefore, and took the body of Jesus.
  9.   20 And when the Jews heard these things they were angry with him; yea, even as with the prophets of old, whom they had acast out, and stoned, and slain; and they also bsought his life, that they might take it away. But behold, I, Nephi, will show unto you that the tender cmercies of the Lord are over all those whom he hath chosen, because of their faith, to make them mighty even unto the power of ddeliverance.
  10.   20 And he caused that his people should watch the land round about, that by some means they might take those priests that fled into the wilderness, who had stolen the adaughters of the Lamanites, and that had caused such a great destruction to come upon them.
  11.   13 Now the Spirit aknoweth all things; nevertheless the Son of God suffereth according to the bflesh that he might ctake upon him the sins of his people, that he might blot out their transgressions according to the power of his deliverance; and now behold, this is the testimony which is in me.
  12.   4 But behold, how great was their disappointment; for behold, the Nephites had dug up a aridge of earth round about them, which was so high that the Lamanites could not cast their stones and their arrows at them that they might take effect, neither could they come upon them save it was by their place of bentrance.
  13.   30 And it came to pass that he headed Amalickiah also, as he was marching forth with his numerous army that he might take possession of the land Bountiful, and also the land anorthward.
  14.   10 And Moroni also sent unto him, desiring him that he would be afaithful in maintaining that quarter of the land, and that he would seek every opportunity to scourge the Lamanites in that quarter, as much as was in his power, that perhaps he might take again by stratagem or some other way those cities which had been taken out of their hands; and that he also would fortify and strengthen the cities round about, which had not fallen into the hands of the Lamanites.
  15.   7 And it came to pass in the three hundred and sixty and fourth year the Lamanites did come against the city Teancum, that they might take possession of the city Teancum also.
