1. Gen. 17: 19
     19 And God said, ^aSarah thy wife shall bear thee a son indeed; and thou shalt call his name Isaac: and I will establish my ^bcovenant with him for an everlasting covenant, and with his seed after him.
2. 1 Kgs. 20: 34
     34 And Ben-hadad said unto him, The cities, which my father took from thy father, I will restore; and thou shalt make ^astreets for thee in Damascus, as my father made in Samaria. Then said Ahab, I will send thee away with this covenant. So he made a covenant with him, and sent him away.

     15 Yea, I say unto you come and fear not, and lay aside every sin, which easily doth ^abeset you, which doth bind you down to destruction, yea, come and go forth, and show unto your God that ye are willing to repent of your sins and enter into a covenant with him to keep his commandments, and witness it unto him this day by going into the waters of baptism.
