Mercy and truth

  1.   27 And he said, Blessed be the aLord God of my master Abraham, who hath not left destitute my master of his bmercy and his truth: I being in the way, the Lord cled me to the house of my master’s brethren.
  2.   10 aI am not worthy of the least of all the bmercies, and of all the truth, which thou hast shewed unto thy servant; for with my staff I passed over this Jordan; and now I am become two bands.
  3.   6 And the Lord passed by before him, and proclaimed, The Lord, The Lord God, amerciful and bgracious, clongsuffering, and abundant in dgoodness and truth,
  4.   20 Whereas thou camest but yesterday, should I this day make thee go up and down with us? seeing I go whither I may, return thou, and take back thy brethren: mercy and truth be with thee.
  5.   6 And Solomon said, Thou hast shewed unto thy servant David my father great mercy, according as he walked before thee in truth, and in righteousness, and in uprightness of heart with thee; and thou hast kept for him this great kindness, that thou hast given him a son to sit on his throne, as it is this day.
  6.   10 All the paths of the Lord are mercy and truth unto such as keep his covenant and his testimonies.
  7.   11 Withhold not thou thy tender amercies from me, O Lord: let thy lovingkindness and thy truth continually preserve me.
  8.   3 He shall send from heaven, and save me from the reproach of him that would swallow me up. Selah. God shall send forth his mercy and his truth.
          •  •  •
10 For thy mercy is great unto the heavens, and thy truth unto the clouds.
  9.   7 He shall abide before God for ever: O prepare amercy and truth, which may preserve him.
  10.   13 But as for me, my prayer is unto thee, O Lord, in an acceptable time: O God, in the multitude of thy mercy hear me, in the truth of thy salvation.
  11.   10 Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other.
  12.   15 But thou, O aLord, art a God full of bcompassion, and gracious, longsuffering, and plenteous in cmercy and truth.
  13.   14 aJustice and bjudgment are the habitation of thy throne: mercy and truth shall go before thy face.
  14.   3 He hath remembered his amercy and his truth toward the house of Israel: all the ends of the earth have seen the bsalvation of our God.
  15.   5 For the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.
  16.   4 For thy mercy is great above the heavens: and thy truth reacheth unto the clouds.
  17.   1 Not unto us, O Lord, not unto us, but unto thy aname give glory, for thy mercy, and for thy truth’s sake.
  18.   2 For his merciful kindness is great toward us: and the atruth of the Lord endureth for ever. Praise ye the Lord.
  19.   3 Let not mercy and atruth forsake thee: bbind them about thy neck; write them upon the ctable of thine dheart:
  20.   22 Do they not err that devise evil? but mercy and truth shall be to them that devise good.
  21.   6 By mercy and truth iniquity is purged: and by the afear of the Lord men bdepart from cevil.
  22.   28 Mercy and truth preserve the king: and his throne is upholden by mercy.
  23.   5 And in amercy shall the bthrone be established: and he shall sit upon it in truth in the tabernacle of David, judging, and seeking judgment, and chasting drighteousness.
  24.   1 Hear the word of the Lord, ye children of Israel: for the Lord hath a acontroversy with the inhabitants of the land, because there is no btruth, nor mercy, nor cknowledge of God in the land.
  25.   20 Thou wilt perform the truth to Jacob, and the mercy to aAbraham, which thou hast bsworn unto our fathers from the days of old.
  26.   3 Grace be with you, mercy, and peace, from God the Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love.
  27.   48 I say unto you, that I know of myself that whatsoever I shall say unto you, concerning that which is to come, is true; and I say unto you, that I know that Jesus Christ shall come, yea, the Son, the Only Begotten of the Father, full of grace, and mercy, and truth. And behold, it is he that cometh to take away the sins of the world, yea, the sins of every man who steadfastly believeth on his name.
  28.   26 And anot many days hence the Son of God shall come in his bglory; and his glory shall be the glory of the Only Begotten of the Father, full of cgrace, equity, and truth, full of patience, dmercy, and long-suffering, quick to ehear the cries of his people and to answer their prayers.
  29.   38 That ye acontend no more against the Holy Ghost, but that ye receive it, and take upon you the bname of Christ; that ye humble yourselves even to the dust, and cworship God, in whatsoever place ye may be in, in spirit and in truth; and that ye live in dthanksgiving daily, for the many emercies and blessings which he doth bestow upon you.
  30.   31 And now, O my son, ye are called of God to apreach the word unto this people. And now, my son, go thy way, declare the word with truth and soberness, that thou mayest bbring souls unto repentance, that the great plan of mercy may have claim upon them. And may God grant unto you even according to my words. Amen.
  31.   5 For thus saith the Lord—I, the Lord, am amerciful and gracious unto those who bfear me, and delight to honor those who cserve me in righteousness and in truth unto the end.
  32.   102 Glory, and honor, and power, and might,
Be ascribed to our God; for he is full of amercy,
Justice, grace and truth, and bpeace,
    Forever and ever, Amen.
  33.   40 For aintelligence cleaveth unto intelligence; bwisdom receiveth wisdom; ctruth embraceth truth; dvirtue loveth virtue; elight cleaveth unto light; fmercy hath gcompassion on mercy and claimeth her own; hjustice continueth its course and claimeth its own; judgment goeth before the face of him who sitteth upon the throne and governeth and executeth all things.
  34.   77 O Lord God Almighty, hear us in these our petitions, and answer us from heaven, thy holy habitation, where thou sittest enthroned, with aglory, honor, power, majesty, might, dominion, truth, justice, judgment, mercy, and an infinity of fulness, from everlasting to everlasting.
  35.   19 Now, what do we hear in the gospel which we have received? A voice of agladness! A voice of mercy from heaven; and a voice of btruth out of the earth; glad tidings for the dead; a voice of gladness for the living and the dead; glad tidings of great cjoy. How beautiful upon the mountains are the dfeet of those that bring glad tidings of good things, and that say unto Zion: Behold, thy God reigneth! As the edews of Carmel, so shall the knowledge of God descend upon them!
  36.   61 Therefore it is given to abide in you; the arecord of heaven; the bComforter; the cpeaceable things of immortal glory; the truth of all things; that which quickeneth all things, which maketh alive all things; that which knoweth all things, and hath all dpower according to wisdom, mercy, truth, justice, and judgment.
  37.   31 And thou hast taken aZion to thine own bosom, from all thy creations, from all eternity to all eternity; and naught but peace, bjustice, and truth is the habitation of thy throne; and mercy shall go before thy face and have no end; how is it thou canst cweep?
