Fire consumes

  1.   2 And the aangel of the Lord appeared unto him in a flame of bfire out of the midst of a cbush: and he looked, and, behold, the bush burned with fire, and the bush was not consumed.
  2.   6 ¶ If fire break out, and catch in thorns, so that the stacks of acorn, or the standing corn, or the field, be consumed therewith; he that bkindled the fire shall surely make restitution.
  3.   10 And the priest shall put on his linen agarment, and his linen bbreeches shall he put upon his flesh, and take up the ashes which the fire hath consumed with the burnt offering on the altar, and he shall put them beside the altar.
  4.   24 And there came a afire out from before the Lord, and consumed upon the altar the burnt offering and the fat: which when all the people saw, they shouted, and fell on their faces.
  5.   1 And when the people acomplained, it displeased the Lord: and the Lord heard it; and his anger was kindled; and the bfire of the Lord burnt among them, and consumed them that were in the uttermost parts of the camp.
  6.   35 And there came out a afire from the Lord, and consumed the two hundred and fifty men that offered incense.
  7.   28 For there is a fire gone out of aHeshbon, a flame from the city of Sihon: it hath consumed Ar of Moab, and the lords of the high places of Arnon.
  8.   24 For the Lord thy God is a consuming afire, even a bjealous God.
  9.   25 Now therefore why should we die? for this great fire will consume us: if we hear the avoice of the Lord our God any more, then we shall die.
  10.   3 Understand therefore this day, that the Lord thy God is he which goeth over abefore thee; as a consuming fire he shall destroy them, and he shall bbring them down before thy face: so shalt thou drive them out, and destroy them quickly, as the Lord hath said unto thee.
  11.   22 For a afire is kindled in mine anger, and shall burn unto the lowest hell, and shall consume the earth with her increase, and set on fire the foundations of the mountains.
  12.   21 ¶ Then the angel of the Lord put forth the end of the staff that was in his hand, and touched the flesh and the unleavened cakes; and there rose up afire out of the rock, and consumed the flesh and the unleavened cakes. Then the angel of the Lord departed out of his sight.
  13.   38 Then the afire of the Lord fell, and consumed the burnt sacrifice, and the wood, and the stones, and the dust, and licked up the water that was in the trench.
  14.   10 And Elijah answered and said to the captain of fifty, If I be a man of God, then let afire come down from heaven, and consume thee and thy fifty. And there came down fire from heaven, and consumed him and his fifty.

      12 And Elijah answered and said unto them, If I be a man of God, let fire come down from heaven, and consume thee and thy fifty. And the fire of God came down from heaven, and consumed him and his fifty.
  15.   1 Now when Solomon had made an end of apraying, the bfire came down from heaven, and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices; and the glory of the Lord filled the house.
  16.   3 And said unto the king, Let the king live for ever: why should not my countenance be asad, when the city, the place of my fathers’ sepulchres, lieth waste, and the gates thereof are consumed with fire?

  25.   23 And it came to pass, that when Jehudi had read three or four leaves, he cut it with the penknife, and cast it into the fire that was on the hearth, until all the roll was consumed in the fire that was on the hearth.
  26.   27 And I will kindle a fire in the wall of Damascus, and it shall consume the palaces of Ben-hadad.
  27.   12 But she was plucked up in fury, she was cast down to the ground, and the aeast bwind dried up her fruit: her strong rods were broken and withered; the fire consumed them.
  28.   31 Therefore have I poured out mine indignation upon them; I have consumed them with the fire of my wrath: their own way have I arecompensed upon their heads, saith the Lord God.
  29.   10 Heap on wood, kindle the fire, consume the flesh, and spice it well, and let the bones be burned.
  30.   54 And when his disciples aJames and John saw this, they said, Lord, wilt thou that we command bfire to come down from heaven, and consume them, even as Elias did?
  31.   29 For our God is a consuming fire.
  32.   24 Therefore, as the afire devoureth the bstubble, and the flame consumeth the cchaff, their droot shall be rottenness, and their blossoms shall go up as dust; because they have cast away the law of the Lord of Hosts, and edespised the word of the Holy One of Israel.
  33.   6 And they shall be visited with thunderings, and lightnings, and earthquakes, and all manner of destructions, for the afire of the anger of the Lord shall be kindled against them, and they shall be as stubble, and the day that cometh shall consume them, saith the Lord of Hosts.
  34.   52 And again I say unto you, the Spirit saith: Behold, the aax is laid at the root of the tree; therefore every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit shall be bhewn down and cast into the fire, yea, a fire which cannot be consumed, even an unquenchable fire. Behold, and remember, the Holy One hath spoken it.
  35.   9 And it came to pass that they took Alma and Amulek, and carried them forth to the place of amartyrdom, that they might witness the destruction of those who were consumed by fire.
      10 And when Amulek saw the pains of the women and children who were consuming in the fire, he also was pained; and he said unto Alma: How can we witness this awful scene? Therefore let us stretch forth our hands, and exercise the apower of God which is in us, and save them from the flames.

      14 Now it came to pass that when the bodies of those who had been cast into the fire were consumed, and also the records which were cast in with them, the chief judge of the land came and stood before Alma and Amulek, as they were bound; and he smote them with his hand upon their acheeks, and said unto them: After what ye have seen, will ye preach again unto this people, that they shall be cast into a blake of fire and brimstone?
  36.   50 And calamity shall cover the amocker, and the scorner shall be consumed; and they that have watched for iniquity shall be hewn down and bcast into the cfire.
  37.   34 And the asaints also shall bhardly cescape; nevertheless, I, the Lord, am with them, and will dcome down in heaven from the presence of my Father and econsume the wicked with unquenchable fire.
