"Testify against"

  1.   30 Whoso killeth any person, the amurderer shall be put to bdeath by the mouth of cwitnesses: but one witness shall not testify against any person to cause him to die.
  2.   19 And it shall be, if thou do at all forget the Lord thy God, and awalk after other bgods, and serve them, and worship them, I testify against you this day that ye shall surely cperish.
  3.   16 ¶ If a afalse witness rise up against any man to testify against him that which is wrong;

      18 And the ajudges shall make diligent inquisition: and, behold, if the witness be a false witness, and hath testified falsely against his brother;
  4.   21 And it shall come to pass, when many evils and troubles are befallen them, that this asong shall testify against them as a witness; for it shall not be forgotten out of the mouths of their seed: for I know btheir imagination which they go about, even now, before I have brought them into the land which I sware.
  5.   21 I went out full, and the Lord hath brought me home again empty: why then call ye me Naomi, seeing the Lord hath atestified against me, and the Almighty hath afflicted me?
  6.   16 And David said unto him, Thy blood be upon thy head; for thy mouth hath testified against thee, saying, I have slain the Lord’s anointed.
  7.   13 Yet the Lord atestified against Israel, and against Judah, by all the bprophets, and by all the cseers, saying, Turn ye from your evil ways, and keep my commandments and my statutes, according to all the law which I commanded your fathers, and which I sent to you by my servants the prophets.

      15 And they rejected his statutes, and his covenant that he made with their fathers, and his testimonies which he testified against them; and they followed vanity, and became avain, and went after the heathen that were round about them, concerning whom the Lord had charged them, that they should not do like them.
  8.   19 Yet he asent bprophets to them, to bring them again unto the Lord; and they ctestified against them: but they would not give ear.
  9.   26 Nevertheless they were adisobedient, and brebelled against thee, and cast thy law behind their backs, and cslew thy prophets which testified against them to turn them to thee, and they wrought great provocations.
          •  •  •
      29 And testifiedst against them, that thou mightest bring them again unto thy law: yet they dealt proudly, and hearkened not unto thy commandments, but sinned against thy judgments, (which if a man do, he shall live in them;) and withdrew the shoulder, and hardened their neck, and would not hear.
      30 Yet many years didst thou aforbear them, and btestifiedst against them by thy cspirit in thy dprophets: yet would they not give ear: therefore gavest thou them into the hand of the people of the lands.

      34 Neither have our kings, our princes, our priests, nor our fathers, kept thy law, nor hearkened unto thy commandments and thy testimonies, wherewith thou didst testify against them.
  10.   15 ¶ In those days saw I in Judah some treading wine presses on the asabbath, and bringing in sheaves, and lading asses; as also wine, grapes, and figs, and all manner of burdens, which they brought into Jerusalem on the sabbath day: and I testified against them in the day wherein they sold bvictuals.
          •  •  •
      21 Then I testified against them, and said unto them, Why lodge ye about the wall? if ye do so again, I will lay hands on you. From that time forth came they no more on the sabbath.
  11.   6 Thine own mouth condemneth thee, and not I: yea, thine own lips testify against thee.
  12.   7 Hear, O my people, and I will speak; O Israel, and I will testify against thee: I am aGod, even thy God.
  13.   12 For our transgressions are multiplied before thee, and our sins atestify against us: for our transgressions are with us; and as for our iniquities, we bknow them;
  14.   7 ¶ O Lord, though our iniquities testify against us, do thou it for thy name’s sake: for our backslidings are many; we have sinned against thee.
  15.   3 O my people, what have I done unto thee? and wherein have I wearied thee? testify against me.
  16.   2 But there was one among them whose name was aAlma, he also being a descendant of Nephi. And he was a young man, and he bbelieved the words which Abinadi had spoken, for he knew concerning the iniquity which Abinadi had testified against them; therefore he began to plead with the king that he would not be angry with Abinadi, but suffer that he might depart in peace.
  17.   22 And now I ask of you, my brethren, how will any of you feel, if ye shall stand before the bar of God, having your garments stained with ablood and all manner of bfilthiness? Behold, what will these things testify against you?
  18.   25 But behold, I have been commanded that I should turn again and prophesy unto this people, yea, and to testify against them concerning their iniquities.
  19.   26 For behold, have I testified against your law? Ye do not understand; ye say that I have spoken against your law; but I have not, but I have spoken in favor of your law, to your condemnation.
  20.   5 And the people went forth and witnessed against them—testifying that they had reviled against the law, and their lawyers and judges of the land, and also of all the people that were in the land; and also testified that there was but one God, and that he should send his Son among the people, but he should anot save them; and many such things did the people testify against Alma and Amulek. Now this was done before the chief judge of the land.
  21.   34 And it came to pass that Amalickiah took the same servant that slew the king, and all them who were with him, and went in unto the queen, unto the place where she sat; and they all atestified unto her that the king was slain by his own servants; and they said also: They have fled; does not this testify against them? And thus they satisfied the queen concerning the death of the king.
  22.   23 Wo unto all those that adiscomfort my people, and drive, and bmurder, and testify against them, saith the Lord of Hosts; a cgeneration of vipers shall not escape the damnation of hell.
  23.   37 And it came to pass that Enoch went forth in the land, among the people, standing upon the hills and the high places, and cried with a loud voice, testifying against their works; and all men were aoffended because of him.
