It not so

  1.   26 And Laban said, It must not be so done in our country, to give the younger before the afirstborn.
  2.   26 And Moses said, It ais not meet so to do; for we shall sacrifice bthe abomination of the Egyptians to the Lord our God: lo, shall we sacrifice the abomination of the Egyptians before their eyes, and will they not stone us?
  3.   15 And it came to pass on the seventh day, that they said unto Samson’s wife, aEntice thy husband, that he may declare unto us the riddle, lest we bburn thee and thy father’s house with fire: have ye called us to take that we have? is it not so?
  4.   2 And he said unto him, God forbid; thou shalt not die: behold, my father will do nothing either great or small, but that he will shew it me: and why should my father hide this thing from me? it is not so.
  5.   10 And he said, Thou hast asked a hard thing: nevertheless, if thou see me when I am taken from thee, it shall be so unto thee; but if not, it shall not be so.
  6.   35 Then would I speak, and not fear him; but it is not so with me.
  7.   25 And if it be not so now, who will make me a liar, and make my speech nothing worth?
  8.   15 But now, because it is not so, he hath visited in his anger; yet he knoweth it not in great extremity:
  9.   30 I know his wrath, saith the Lord; but it shall not be so; his lies shall not so effect it.
  10.   8 He saith unto them, Moses because of the ahardness of your hearts suffered you to put away your bwives: but from the beginning it was not so.
  11.   26 But it shall not be so among you: but whosoever will be agreat among you, let him be your bminister;
  12.   2 In my Father’s ahouse are many bmansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
  13.   5 And he gave him none inheritance in it, no, not so much as to set his foot on: yet he apromised that he would give it to him for a possession, and to his seed after him, when as yet he had no child.
  14.   27 But behold, it was not so; but it was aappointed unto men that they must die; and after death, they must come to bjudgment, even that same judgment of which we have spoken, which is the end.
  15.   36 And if it is not so, behold, we fear that there is some afaction in the government, that they do not send more men to our assistance; for we know that they are more numerous than that which they have sent.
  16.   9 Verily I say unto you, I commanded my servant aSamuel, the Lamanite, that he should testify unto this people, that at the day that the Father should glorify his name in me that there were bmany csaints who should darise from the dead, and should appear unto many, and should minister unto them. And he said unto them: Was it not so?
  17.   9 And the Lord said unto him: Because of thy faith thou hast seen that I shall take upon me aflesh and blood; and never has man come before me with bsuch exceeding faith as thou hast; for were it not so ye could not have seen my finger. Sawest thou more than this?
  18.   3 If it were not so, the whole aearth would be utterly wasted at his coming.
  19.   14 Verily, verily, I say unto thee, blessed art thou for what thou hast done; for thou hast ainquired of me, and behold, as often as thou hast inquired thou hast received instruction of my Spirit. If it had not been so, thou wouldst not have come to the place where thou art at this time.
  20.   4 Therefore this is thy agift; apply unto it, and blessed art thou, for it shall bdeliver you out of the hands of your cenemies, when, if it were not so, they would slay you and bring your soul to destruction.
  21.   22 The aFather has a bbody of flesh and bones as tangible as man’s; the Son also; but the Holy Ghost has not a body of flesh and bones, but is a personage of cSpirit. Were it not so, the Holy Ghost could not ddwell in us.
  22.   14 For behold, I could not look upon God, except his aglory should come upon me, and I were transfigured before him. But I bcan look upon thee in the natural man. Is it not so, surely?
  23.   39 He also quoted the next verse differently: And he shall plant in the hearts of the achildren the bpromises made to the fathers, and the hearts of the children shall turn to their fathers. If it were not so, the whole earth would be utterly wasted at his coming.
