Tarry with

  1.   44 And tarry with him a few days, until thy brother’s fury turn away;
  2.   14 Then said Joab, I may not tarry thus with thee. And he took three darts in his hand, and thrust them through the heart of Absalom, while he was yet alive in the midst of the oak.
  3.   7 Now therefore arise, go forth, and aspeak comfortably unto thy servants: for I swear by the Lord, if thou go not forth, there will not tarry one with thee this night: and that will be worse unto thee than all the evil that befell thee from thy youth until now.
  4.   29 But they constrained him, saying, Abide with us: for it is toward evening, and the day is far spent. And he went in to tarry with them.
  5.   22 ¶ After these things came Jesus and his disciples into the land of Judaea; and there he tarried with them, and abaptized.
  6.   40 So when the Samaritans were come unto him, they besought him that he would tarry with them: and he abode there two days.
  7.   14 Where we found brethren, and were desired to tarry with them seven days: and so we went toward Rome.
  8.   35 And it came to pass that aZoram did take courage at the words which I spake. Now Zoram was the name of the servant; and he promised that he would go down into the wilderness unto our father. Yea, and he also made an oath unto us that he would tarry with us from that time forth.
      36 Now we were desirous that he should tarry with us for this cause, that the Jews might not know concerning our flight into the wilderness, lest they should pursue us and destroy us.
  9.   13 And it came to pass that those who tarried with their wives and their children caused that their fair daughters should stand forth and plead with the Lamanites that they would not slay them.

      19 Now they had sworn in their hearts that they would return to the land of Nephi, and if their awives and their children were slain, and also those that had tarried with them, that they would seek revenge, and also perish with them.
  10.   30 Therefore they did exercise power and authority over the disciples of Jesus who did tarry with them, and they did cast them into aprison; but by the power of the word of God, which was in them, the prisons were rent in twain, and they went forth doing mighty miracles among them.
  11.   22 And now I say unto you, atarry with him, and he shall journey with you; forsake him not, and surely these things shall be fulfilled.
  12.   56 And the lord of the field went unto the first in the first hour, and tarried with him all that hour, and he was made glad with the light of the countenance of his lord.
  13.   23 A man may receive the aHoly Ghost, and it may descend upon him and not btarry with him.
