"Know him"

  1.   19 For I aknow him, that he will bcommand his cchildren and his dhousehold after him, and they shall ekeep the way of the Lord, to do justice and fjudgment; that the Lord may bring upon Abraham that which he hath spoken of him.
  2.   5 And he said unto them, Know ye aLaban the son of Nahor? And they said, We know him.
  3.   8 And Joseph knew his brethren, but they knew not him.
  4.   6 And he said, Hear now my words: If there be a aprophet among you, I the Lord will make myself known unto him in a bvision, and will speak unto him in a cdream.
  5.   2 And if thy brother abe not nigh unto thee, or if thou know him not, then thou shalt bring it unto thine own house, and it shall be with thee until thy brother seek after it, and thou shalt restore it to him again.
  6.   22 ¶ Now as they were making their hearts merry, behold, the men of the city, certain sons of Belial, beset the house round about, and beat at the door, and spake to the master of the house, the old man, saying, Bring forth the man that came into thine house, that we may aknow him.
  7.   11 And it came to pass, when all that knew him beforetime saw that, behold, he prophesied among the prophets, then the people said one to another, What is this that is come unto the son of Kish? Is Saul also among the prophets?
  8.   7 ¶ And as Obadiah was in the way, behold, Elijah met him: and he knew him, and fell on his face, and said, Art thou that my lord Elijah?
  9.   12 And when they lifted up their eyes afar off, and knew him not, they lifted up their voice, and wept; and they rent every one his mantle, and sprinkled dust upon their heads toward heaven.
  10.   10 He shall return no more to his house, neither shall his place know him any more.
  11.   1 Why, seeing times are not hidden from the Almighty, do they that know him not see his days?
  12.   26 Behold, God is great, and we know him not, neither can the number of his years be searched out.
  13.   3 Lord, what is aman, that thou takest knowledge of him! or the son of man, that thou makest account of him!
  14.   17 ¶ Then Daniel answered and said before the king, Let thy agifts be to thyself, and give thy rewards to another; yet I will read the writing unto the king, and make known to him the interpretation.
  15.   35 And when the men of that place ahad knowledge of him, they sent out into all that country round about, and brought unto him all that were diseased;

  17.   34 And he ahealed many that were sick of divers diseases, and cast out many bdevils; and csuffered not the devils to speak, because they knew him.
  18.   33 And the people saw them departing, and many knew him, and ran afoot thither out of all cities, and outwent them, and came together unto him.

  19.   57 And he denied him, saying, Woman, I know him not.
  20.   16 But their eyes were aholden that they should not know him.

  21.   10 He was in the aworld, and the bworld was cmade by him, and the world dknew him not.

      33 And I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptizeth with the aHoly Ghost.
  22.   29 But I know him: for I am from him, and he hath asent me.
  23.   55 Yet ye have not known him; but I know him: and if I should say, I know him not, I shall be a liar like unto you: but I know him, and keep his saying.
  24.   7 If ye had aknown me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.

      17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
  25.   21 But all these things will they do unto you for my name’s sake, because they know not him that sent me.
  26.   27 For they that dwell at Jerusalem, and their rulers, because they knew him not, nor yet the voices of the prophets which are read every sabbath day, they have fulfilled them in condemning him.
  27.   3 But if any man love God, the same is aknown of him.
  28.   16 aWherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.
  29.   17 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of awisdom and brevelation in the knowledge of him:
  30.   10 That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the afellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;
  31.   30 For we know him that hath said, aVengeance belongeth unto me, I will brecompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall cjudge his people.
  32.   3 According as his divine power hath given unto us aall things that pertain unto blife and cgodliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us dto glory and evirtue:
  33.   3 And hereby we do know that we know him, if we akeep his commandments.
      4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his acommandments, is a bliar, and the truth is not in him.

      13 I write unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I write unto you, young men, because ye have overcome the wicked one. I write unto you, little children, because ye have known the Father.
      14 I have written unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one.
  34.   1 Behold, what manner of alove the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the bsons of God: therefore the cworld knoweth us not, because it knew him not.

      6 Whosoever abideth in him asinneth not: bwhosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither cknown him.
  35.   20 And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and aeternal life.
  36.   17 And I spake unto Sam, making known unto him the things which the Lord had manifested unto me by his Holy Spirit. And it came to pass that he believed in my words.
  37.   25 And he agathereth his children from the four quarters of the earth; and he numbereth his bsheep, and they know him; and there shall be one fold and one shepherd; and he shall feed his sheep, and in him they shall find cpasture.
  38.   12 And now, beloved, marvel not that I tell you these things; for why not aspeak of the atonement of Christ, and attain to a perfect knowledge of him, as to attain to the knowledge of a resurrection and the world to come?
  39.   1 And it came to pass that
  40.   7 Now when Alma had spoken these words, Zeezrom began to tremble more exceedingly, for he was convinced more and more of the power of God; and he was also convinced that Alma and Amulek had a knowledge of him, for he was convinced that they aknew the thoughts and intents of his heart; for power was given unto them that they might know of these things according to the spirit of prophecy.
  41.   7 And it came to pass that he met Kishkumen, and he gave unto him a sign; therefore Kishkumen made known unto him the object of his desire, desiring that he would conduct him to the judgment-seat that he might murder Helaman.
  42.   36 And it is my will that he should sell the lots that are laid off for the building up of the acity of my saints, inasmuch as it shall be made known to him by the bvoice of the Spirit, and according to the counsel of the order, and by the voice of the order.
  43.   16 And Adam and Eve, his wife, ceased not to call upon God. And Adam knew Eve his wife, and she conceived and bare aCain, and said: I have gotten a man from the Lord; wherefore he may not reject his words. But behold, Cain bhearkened not, saying: Who is the Lord that I should cknow him?
