For the people's sake

  1. 12 And David perceived that the Lord had established him king over Israel, and that he had exalted his kingdom for his people Israel’s sake.
  2. 7 So shall the congregation of the people compass thee about: for their sakes therefore return thou on high.
  3. 4 And if there were preaching which was asacred, or revelation which was great, or prophesying, that I should engraven the bheads of them upon these plates, and touch upon them as much as it were possible, for Christ’s sake, and for the sake of our people.
  4. 29 Wherefore, this people shall keep my commandments, saith the Lord of Hosts, or acursed be the land for their sakes.
  5. 17 And behold, a acurse shall come upon the land, saith the Lord of Hosts, because of the peoplessake who are upon the land, yea, because of their wickedness and their abominations.
  6. 4 And it came to pass that he wrote an epistle unto Shiz, desiring him that he would spare the people, and he would give up the kingdom for the sake of the lives of the people.
