Lions and prey

  1.   9 Judah is a alion’s whelp: from the prey, my son, thou art gone up: he stooped down, he couched as a blion, and as an old lion; who shall rouse him up?
  2.   24 Behold, the people shall rise up as a great lion, and lift up himself as a young lion: he shall not lie down until he eat of the prey, and drink the blood of the slain.
  3.   11 The old lion perisheth for lack of prey, and the stout lion’s whelps are scattered abroad.
  4.   39 Wilt thou hunt the prey for the lion? or fill the appetite of the young lions,
  5.   12 Like as a lion that is greedy of his prey, and as it were a young lion lurking in secret places.
  6.   21 The young lions roar after their prey, and seek their meat from God.
  7.   29 Their roaring shall be like a lion, they shall roar like young alions: yea, they shall roar, and lay hold of the bprey, and shall carry it away safe, and none shall deliver it.
  8.   4 For thus hath the Lord spoken unto me, Like as the alion and the young lion roaring on his prey, when a multitude of shepherds is called forth against him, he will not be afraid of their voice, nor abase himself for the noise of them: so shall the Lord of hosts come down to bfight for mount Zion, and for the hill thereof.
  9.   3 And she brought up one of her awhelps: it became a young lion, and it learned to catch the prey; it devoured men.

6 And he went up and down among the lions, he became a young lion, and learned to catch the prey, and adevoured men.
  10.   25 There is a aconspiracy of her bprophets in the midst thereof, like a croaring lion ravening the prey; they have devoured souls; they have taken the dtreasure and eprecious things; they have made her many widows in the midst thereof.
  11.   13 Sheba, and Dedan, and the merchants of aTarshish, with all the young lions thereof, shall say unto thee, Art thou come to take a spoil? hast thou gathered thy company to take a prey? to carry away silver and gold, to take away cattle and goods, to take a great spoil?
  12.   4 Will a lion roar in the forest, when he hath no prey? will a young lion cry out of his den, if he have taken nothing?
  13.   12 The lion did tear in pieces enough for his whelps, and strangled for his lionesses, and filled his holes with prey, and his dens with aravin.
13 Behold, I am against thee, saith the Lord of hosts, and I will burn her chariots in the smoke, and the sword shall devour thy young lions: and I will cut off thy prey from the earth, and the voice of thy messengers shall no more be heard.
  14.   29 They shall roar like young alions; yea, they shall roar, and lay hold of the prey, and shall carry away safe, and none shall deliver.
  15.   10 And it came to pass that the battle became exceedingly sore, for they fought like lions for their prey.
