Fight for

  1.   14 The Lord shall afight for you, and ye shall hold your bpeace.

25 And atook off their chariot wheels, that they drave them heavily: so that the Egyptians said, Let us flee from the face of Israel; for the Lord fighteth for them against the Egyptians.
  2.   30 The Lord your God which goeth before you, he shall afight for you, according to all that he did for you in Egypt before your eyes;
          •  •  •
42 And the Lord said unto me, Say unto them, Go not up, neither fight; for I am not among you; lest ye be smitten before your enemies.
  3.   22 Ye shall not fear them: for the Lord your God he shall afight for you.
  4.   4 For the Lord your God is he that goeth with you, to afight for you against your enemies, to save you.
  5.   14 And there was no day like that before it or after it, that the Lord hearkened unto the voice of a man: for the Lord afought for Israel.
          •  •  •
42 And all these kings and their land did Joshua take at one time, because the Lord God of Israel afought for Israel.
  6.   3 And ye have seen all that the Lord your God hath done unto all these nations because of you; for the Lord your God is he that hath fought for you.
          •  •  •
10 One man of you shall chase a thousand: for the Lord your God, he it is that afighteth for you, as he hath bpromised you.
  7.   17 (For my father fought for you, and adventured his life far, and delivered you out of the hand of Midian:
  8.   3 Look even out the best and meetest of your master’s sons, and set him on his father’s throne, and fight for your master’s house.
  9.   14 And I looked, and rose up, and said unto the nobles, and to the rulers, and to the rest of the people, Be not ye aafraid of them: remember the Lord, which is great and bterrible, and cfight for your brethren, your sons, and your daughters, your dwives, and your houses.
          •  •  •
20 In what place therefore ye hear the sound of the trumpet, resort ye thither unto us: our God shall fight for us.
  10.   4 For thus hath the Lord spoken unto me, Like as the alion and the young lion roaring on his prey, when a multitude of shepherds is called forth against him, he will not be afraid of their voice, nor abase himself for the noise of them: so shall the Lord of hosts come down to bfight for mount Zion, and for the hill thereof.
  11.   11 And it came to pass that the people of Limhi began to drive the Lamanites before them; yet they were not half so numerous as the Lamanites. But they afought for their lives, and for their bwives, and for their children; therefore they exerted themselves and like dragons did they fight.
  12.   45 Nevertheless, the Nephites were inspired by a abetter cause, for they were not bfighting for monarchy nor power but they were fighting for their homes and their cliberties, their wives and their children, and their all, yea, for their rites of worship and their church.
  13.   21 And thus Moroni put an end to those king-men, that there were not any known by the appellation of king-men; and thus he put an end to the stubbornness and the pride of those people who professed the blood of nobility; but they were brought down to humble themselves like unto their brethren, and to fight avaliantly for their freedom from bondage.
  14.   17 And they entered into a covenant to fight for the liberty of the Nephites, yea, to protect the land unto the alaying down of their lives; yea, even they covenanted that they never would give up their bliberty, but they would fight in all cases to protect the Nephites and themselves from bondage.
  15.   37 Now it came to pass that when Lehi and Moroni knew that Teancum was dead they were exceedingly sorrowful; for behold, he had been a man who had afought valiantly for his country, yea, a true friend to liberty; and he had suffered very many exceedingly sore afflictions. But behold, he was dead, and had gone the way of all the earth.
  16.   23 And it came to pass that I did speak unto my people, and did urge them with great energy, that they would stand boldly before the Lamanites and afight for their bwives, and their children, and their houses, and their homes.
  17.   32 And it came to pass that Com drew away the half of the kingdom. And he reigned over the half of the kingdom forty and two years; and he went to battle against the king, Amgid, and they fought for the space of many years, during which time Com gained power over Amgid, and obtained power over the remainder of the kingdom.
  18.   25 Now there began to be a war upon all the face of the land, aevery man with his band fighting for that which he desired.
  19.   27 And it came to pass that they fought for the space of three hours, and they fainted with the loss of blood.
  20.   14 And their arm shall be my arm, and I will be their ashield and their buckler; and I will gird up their loins, and they shall fight manfully for me; and their benemies shall be under their feet; and I will let cfall the dsword in their behalf, and by the efire of mine indignation will I preserve them.
  21.   28 And if they shall smite this people thou wilt smite them; thou wilt afight for thy people as thou didst in the day of battle, that they may be delivered from the hands of all their enemies.
