     14 The Lord shall ^afight for you, and ye shall hold your ^bpeace.

2. Deut. 1: 30, 42
     30 The Lord your God which goeth before you, he shall ^afight for you, according to all that he did for you in Egypt before your eyes;

10. Isa. 31: 4
      4 For thus hath the Lord spoken unto me, Like as the ^alion and the young lion roaring on his prey, when a multitude of shepherds is called forth against him, he will not be afraid of their voice, nor abase himself for the noise of them: so shall the Lord of hosts come down to ^bfight for mount Zion, and for the hill thereof.
11. Mosiah 20: 11
      11 And it came to pass that the people of Limhi began to drive the Lamanites before them; yet they were not half so numerous as the Lamanites. But they ^afought for their lives, and for their ^bwives, and for their children; therefore they exerted themselves and like dragons did they fight.
