The Lord said unto

  1.   13 And the Lord God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent abeguiled me, and I did eat.
      14 And the Lord God said unto the aserpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art bcursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:
  2.   6 And the Lord said unto Cain, Why art thou wroth? and why is thy countenance fallen?

      9 ¶ And the Lord said unto Cain, Where is Abel thy brother? And he said, I know not: Am I my abrother’s bkeeper?
          •  •  •
      15 And the Lord said unto him, Therefore whosoever slayeth Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold. And the Lord set a amark upon Cain, lest any finding him should kill him.
  3.   1 And the Lord said unto aNoah, Come thou and all thy house into the ark; for thee have I seen righteous before me in this generation.
  4.   1 Now the Lord had asaid unto bAbram, cGet thee out of thy dcountry, and from thy ekindred, and from thy ffather’s house, unto a gland that I will shew thee:
  5.   14 ¶ And the Lord said unto Abram, after that Lot was separated from him, Lift up now thine eyes, and look from the place where thou art northward, and southward, and eastward, and awestward:
  6.   9 And the aangel of the Lord said unto her, Return to thy mistress, and bsubmit thyself under her hands.
      10 And the angel of the Lord said unto her, I will multiply thy aseed exceedingly, that it shall not be numbered for multitude.
      11 And the angel of the Lord said unto her, Behold, thou art with child, and shalt bear a son, and shalt call his name aIshmael; because the Lord hath heard thy affliction.
  7.   13 And the Lord said unto Abraham, Wherefore did Sarah alaugh, saying, Shall I of a surety bear a child, which am bold?
  8.   23 And the Lord said unto her, aTwo nations are in thy womb, and two manner of people shall be separated from thy bowels; and the one people shall be stronger than the other people; and the belder shall serve the younger.
  9.   3 And the Lord said unto Jacob, aReturn unto the land of thy fathers, and to thy kindred; and bI will be with thee.
  10.   2 And the Lord said unto him, What is that in thine hand? And he said, A rod.

      4 And the Lord said unto Moses, Put forth thine hand, and take it by the tail. And he put forth his hand, and caught it, and it became a rod in his hand:
          •  •  •
      6 ¶ And the Lord said furthermore unto him, Put now thine hand into thy bosom. And he put his hand into his bosom: and when he took it out, behold, his hand was aleprous as snow.
          •  •  •
      11 And the Lord said unto him, Who hath made man’s mouth? or who amaketh the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? have not I the Lord?
          •  •  •
      19 And the Lord said unto Moses in Midian, Go, return into Egypt: for all the men are adead which sought thy blife.
          •  •  •
      21 And the Lord said unto Moses, When thou goest to return into Egypt, see that thou do all those awonders before Pharaoh, which I have put in thine bhand: cbut I will dharden his heart, that he shall not let the people go.
  11.   1 Then the Lord said unto Moses, Now shalt thou see what I will do to Pharaoh: for awith a strong hand shall he let them go, and with a bstrong hand shall he cdrive them out of his land.
  12.   1 And the Lord said unto Moses, See, I have made thee aa bgod to Pharaoh: and Aaron thy brother shall be thy cprophet.

      14 ¶ And the Lord said unto Moses, Pharaoh’s heart is hardened, he refuseth to let the people go.
  13.   16 ¶ And the Lord said unto Moses, Say unto Aaron, Stretch out thy rod, and smite the dust of the land, that it may become alice throughout all the land of Egypt.

      20 ¶ And the Lord said unto Moses, Rise up early in the morning, and stand before Pharaoh; alo, he cometh forth to the water; and say unto him, Thus saith the Lord, Let my people go, that they may serve me.
  14.   1 Then the Lord said unto Moses, Go in unto Pharaoh, and tell him, Thus saith the Lord God of the Hebrews, Let my people go, that they may serve me.

      8 ¶ And the Lord said unto Moses and unto Aaron, Take to you handfuls of ashes of the furnace, and let Moses sprinkle it toward the heaven in the sight of Pharaoh.
          •  •  •
      13 ¶ And the Lord said unto Moses, Rise up early in the morning, and stand before Pharaoh, and say unto him, Thus saith the Lord God of the Hebrews, Let my people go, that they may serve me.
          •  •  •
      22 ¶ And the Lord said unto Moses, Stretch forth thine hand toward heaven, that there may be hail in all the land of Egypt, upon man, and upon beast, and upon every herb of the field, throughout the land of Egypt.
  15.   1 And the Lord said unto Moses, Go in unto Pharaoh: afor I have hardened his heart, and the heart of his servants, that I might shew these my signs before him:

      12 ¶ And the Lord said unto Moses, Stretch out thine hand over the land of Egypt for the locusts, that they may come up upon the land of Egypt, and eat every herb of the land, even all that the hail hath left.
          •  •  •
      21 ¶ And the Lord said unto Moses, Stretch out thine hand toward heaven, that there may be adarkness over the land of Egypt, even darkness which may be bfelt.
  16.   1 And the Lord said unto Moses, Yet will I bring one plague more upon Pharaoh, and upon Egypt; afterwards he will let you go hence: when he shall let you go, he shall surely athrust you out hence altogether.

      9 And the Lord said unto Moses, Pharaoh shall not hearken unto you; that my wonders may be multiplied in the land of Egypt.
  17.   43 ¶ And the Lord said unto Moses and Aaron, This is the ordinance of the apassover: There shall no bstranger eat thereof:
  18.   15 ¶ And the Lord said unto Moses, Wherefore criest thou unto me? speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward:

      26 ¶ And the Lord said unto Moses, Stretch out thine ahand over the sea, that the waters may come again upon the Egyptians, upon their chariots, and upon their horsemen.
  19.   28 And the Lord said unto Moses, How long refuse ye to akeep my commandments and my laws?
  20.   5 And the Lord said unto Moses, Go on before the people, and take with thee of the elders of Israel; and thy arod, bwherewith thou smotest the river, take in thine hand, and go.

      14 And the Lord said unto Moses, Write this for a memorial in a abook, and rehearse it in the ears of Joshua: for I will utterly put out the remembrance of bAmalek from under heaven.
  21.   9 And the Lord said unto Moses, Lo, I come unto thee in a thick acloud, that the people may bhear when I speak with thee, and believe thee for ever. And Moses told the words of the people unto the Lord.
      10 ¶ And the Lord said unto Moses, Go unto the people, and asanctify them to day and to morrow, and let them bwash their clothes,

      21 And the Lord said unto Moses, Go down, charge the people, lest they break through unto the Lord to agaze, and many of them bperish.
          •  •  •
      24 And the Lord said unto him, Away, get thee down, and thou shalt come up, thou, and Aaron with thee: but let not the priests and the people break through to come up unto the Lord, lest he break forth upon them.
  22.   22 ¶ And the Lord said unto Moses, Thus thou shalt say unto the children of Israel, Ye have seen that I have atalked with you from heaven.
  23.   12 ¶ And the Lord said unto Moses, Come up to me into the mount, and be there: and I will give thee atables of stone, and a blaw, and commandments which I have cwritten; that thou mayest teach them.
  24.   34 ¶ And the Lord said unto Moses, Take unto thee sweet aspices, stacte, and onycha, and galbanum; these sweet spices with pure frankincense: of each shall there be a like weight:
  25.   7 ¶ And the Lord said unto Moses, Go, get thee down; for thy people, which thou broughtest out of the land of Egypt, have acorrupted themselves:

      9 And the Lord said unto Moses, I have seen this people, and, behold, it is a astiffnecked people:
          •  •  •
      33 And the Lord said unto Moses, aWhosoever hath bsinned against me, him will I cblot out of my dbook.
  26.   1 And the Lord said unto Moses, aDepart, and go up hence, thou and the people which thou hast brought up out of the land of Egypt, unto the land which I sware unto Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, saying, Unto thy bseed will I give it:

      5 For the Lord had said unto Moses, Say unto the children of Israel, Ye are a astiffnecked people: bI will come up into the midst of thee in a moment, and consume thee: therefore now put off thy ornaments from thee, that I may know what to do unto thee.
          •  •  •
      17 And the Lord said unto Moses, aI will bdo this thing also that thou hast spoken: for thou hast found grace in my sight, and I know thee by name.
  27.   1 aAnd the Lord said unto Moses, bHew thee two ctables of stone like unto the first: and I will dwrite upon these tables the words that were in the first tables, which thou ebrakest.

      27 And the Lord said unto Moses, aWrite thou these words: for bafter the tenor of these words I have made a covenant with thee and with Israel.
  28.   2 And the Lord said unto Moses, Speak unto Aaron thy brother, that he come not at all times into the aholy place within the bvail before the mercy seat, which is upon the ark; that he die not: for I will cappear in the cloud upon the mercy seat.
  29.   1 And the Lord said unto Moses, Speak unto the priests the sons of Aaron, and say unto them, There shall none be defiled for the adead bamong his people:
  30.   40 ¶ And the Lord said unto Moses, Number all the firstborn of the males of the children of Israel from a month old and upward, and take the number of their names.
  31.   11 And the Lord said unto Moses, They shall offer their offering, aeach prince on his day, for the dedicating of the altar.
  32.   16 ¶ And the Lord said unto Moses, Gather unto me aseventy men of the elders of Israel, whom thou knowest to be the elders of the people, and bofficers over them; and bring them unto the ctabernacle of the congregation, that they may stand there with thee.

      23 And the Lord said unto Moses, Is the Lord’s hand waxed short? thou shalt see now whether my word shall come to pass unto thee or not.
  33.   14 ¶ And the Lord said unto Moses, If her father had but spit in her face, should she not be ashamed seven days? let her be shut out from the camp seven days, and after that let her be received in again.
  34.   11 ¶ And the Lord said unto Moses, How long will this people aprovoke me? and how long will it be ere they bbelieve me, for all the signs which I have shewed among them?
  35.   35 And the Lord said unto Moses, The man shall be surely put to adeath: all the congregation shall stone him with stones without the camp.
  36.   10 ¶ And the Lord said unto Moses, Bring aAaron’s rod again before the testimony, to be kept for a token against the rebels; and thou shalt quite take away their murmurings from me, that they die not.
  37.   1 And the Lord said unto Aaron, Thou and thy sons and thy father’s house with thee shall bear the iniquity of the sanctuary: and thou and thy sons with thee shall abear the iniquity of your priesthood.
  38.   8 And the Lord said unto Moses, aMake thee a fiery serpent, and set it upon a pole: and it shall come to pass, that every one that is bitten, when he looketh upon it, shall blive.

      34 And the Lord said unto Moses, Fear him not: for I have delivered him into thy hand, and all his people, and his land; and thou shalt do to him as thou didst unto Sihon king of the aAmorites, which dwelt at Heshbon.
  39.   19 Now therefore, I pray you, tarry ye also here this night, that I may know what the Lord will say unto me more.

      32 And the angel of the Lord said unto him, Wherefore hast thou smitten thine ass these three times? behold, I went out to withstand thee, because thy way is aperverse before me:
          •  •  •
      35 And the angel of the Lord said unto Balaam, Go with the men: but only the word that I shall speak unto thee, that thou shalt speak. So Balaam went with the princes of Balak.
  40.   4 And the Lord said unto Moses, Take all the aheads of the people, and hang them up before the Lord bagainst the sun, that the cfierce anger of the Lord may be turned away from Israel.
  41.   12 ¶ And the Lord said unto Moses, Get thee up into this mount aAbarim, and see the bland which I have given unto the children of Israel.

      18 ¶ And the Lord said unto Moses, Take thee aJoshua the son of bNun, a man in whom is the cspirit, and dlay thine hand upon him;
  42.   31 And the children of Gad and the children of Reuben answered, saying, As the Lord hath said unto thy servants, so will we do.
  43.   42 And the Lord said unto me, Say unto them, Go not up, neither fight; for I am not among you; lest ye be smitten before your enemies.
  44.   9 And the Lord said unto me, Distress not the aMoabites, neither contend with them in battle: for I will not give thee of their land for a possession; because I have given bAr unto the children of Lot for a possession.

      31 And the Lord said unto me, Behold, I have begun to give Sihon and his land before thee: begin to possess, that thou mayest inherit his land.
  45.   2 And the Lord said unto me, Fear him not: for I will deliver him, and all his people, and his land, into thy hand; and thou shalt do unto him as thou didst unto Sihon king of the Amorites, which dwelt at Heshbon.

      26 But the Lord was awroth with me for your bsakes, and would not hear me: and the Lord said unto me, Let it suffice thee; speak no more unto me of this matter.
  46.   10 Specially the day that thou stoodest before the Lord thy God in aHoreb, when the Lord said unto me, bGather me the people together, and I will make them chear my words, that they may learn to dfear me all the days that they shall live upon the earth, and that they may teach their echildren.
  47.   28 And the Lord heard the voice of your words, when ye spake unto me; and the Lord said unto me, I have heard the voice of the words of this people, which they have spoken unto thee: they have well said all that they have spoken.
  48.   3 Understand therefore this day, that the Lord thy God is he which goeth over abefore thee; as a consuming fire he shall destroy them, and he shall bbring them down before thy face: so shalt thou drive them out, and destroy them quickly, as the Lord hath said unto thee.

      12 And the Lord said unto me, Arise, get thee down quickly from hence; for thy people which thou hast brought forth out of Egypt have acorrupted themselves; they are quickly turned aside out of the way which I commanded them; they have made them a molten image.
  49.   1 At that time the Lord said unto me, Hew thee two atables of stone like unto the first, and come up unto me into the mount, and make thee an bark of wood.

      11 And the Lord said unto me, Arise, take thy ajourney before the people, that they may go in and possess the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give unto them.
  50.   16 But he shall not multiply ahorses to himself, nor cause the people to return to Egypt, to the end that he should multiply horses: forasmuch as the Lord hath said unto you, Ye shall henceforth breturn no more that way.
     
  51.   17 And the Lord said unto me, They have well spoken that which they have spoken.
  52.   2 And he said unto them, I am an ahundred and twenty years old this day; I can no more go out and come in: also the Lord hath said unto me, Thou shalt not bgo over this Jordan.

      14 ¶ And the Lord said unto Moses, Behold, thy adays approach that thou must die: call Joshua, and present yourselves in the btabernacle of the congregation, that I may give him a charge. And Moses and Joshua went, and presented themselves in the tabernacle of the congregation.

      16 ¶ And the Lord said unto Moses, Behold, thou shalt sleep with thy fathers; and this people will rise up, and go a awhoring after the bgods of the strangers of the land, whither they go to be among them, and will forsake me, and cbreak my covenant which I have made with them.
  53.   4 And the Lord said unto him, This is the land which I asware unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, saying, I will give it unto thy seed: I have caused thee to see it with thine eyes, but thou shalt not go over thither.
  54.   7 ¶ And the Lord said unto Joshua, This day will I begin to amagnify thee in the sight of all Israel, that they may know that, as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee.
  55.   2 ¶ At that time the Lord said unto Joshua, Make thee asharp knives, and bcircumcise again the children of Israel the second time.

      9 And the Lord said unto Joshua, This day have I rolled away the reproach of Egypt from off you. Wherefore the name of the place is called aGilgal unto this day.
  56.   2 And the Lord said unto Joshua, See, I have given into thine hand Jericho, and the king thereof, and the mighty men of valour.
  57.   10 ¶ And the Lord said unto Joshua, Get thee up; wherefore liest thou thus upon thy face?
  58.   1 And the Lord said unto Joshua, Fear not, neither be thou dismayed: take all the people of war with thee, and arise, go up to Ai: see, I have given into thy hand the king of Ai, and his people, and his city, and his land:

      18 And the Lord said unto Joshua, Stretch out the spear that is in thy hand toward Ai; for I will give it into thine hand. And Joshua stretched out the spear that he had in his hand toward the city.
  59.   8 ¶ And the Lord said unto Joshua, Fear them not: for I have adelivered them into thine hand; there shall not a man of them stand before thee.
  60.   6 ¶ And the Lord said unto Joshua, Be not afraid because of them: for to morrow about this time will I adeliver them up all slain before Israel: thou shalt bhough their horses, and burn their chariots with fire.

      23 So Joshua took the whole land, according to all that the Lord said unto Moses; and Joshua gave it for an inheritance unto Israel according to their divisions by their tribes. And the land rested from war.
  61.   1 Now aJoshua was old and stricken in years; and the Lord said unto him, Thou art old and stricken in years, and there remaineth yet very much land to be possessed.
  62.   6 ¶ Then the children of Judah came unto Joshua in Gilgal: and Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenezite said unto him, Thou knowest the thing that the Lord said unto Moses the man of God concerning me and thee in Kadesh-barnea.
  63.   16 And the Lord said unto him, Surely I will be awith thee, and thou shalt smite the Midianites as one man.

      23 And the Lord said unto him, Peace be unto thee; fear not: thou shalt not die.

      25 ¶ And it came to pass the same night, that the Lord said unto him, Take thy father’s young bullock, even the second bullock of seven years old, and throw down the altar of aBaal that thy father hath, and cut down the bgrove that is by it:

      27 Then Gideon took ten men of his servants, and did as the Lord had said unto him: and so it was, because he feared his father’s household, and the men of the city, that he could not do it by day, that he did it by night.
  64.   2 And the Lord said unto Gideon, The people that are with thee are too many for me to give the Midianites into their hands, lest Israel vaunt themselves against me, saying, Mine own hand hath saved me.

      4 And the Lord said unto Gideon, The people are yet too amany; bring them down unto the water, and I will btry them for thee there: and it shall be, that of whom I say unto thee, This shall go with thee, the same shall go with thee; and of whomsoever I say unto thee, This shall not go with thee, the same shall not go.
      5 So he brought down the people unto the water: and the Lord said unto Gideon, Every one that lappeth of the water with his tongue, as a dog lappeth, him shalt thou set by himself; likewise every one that boweth down upon his knees to drink.

      7 And the Lord said unto Gideon, By the three hundred men that lapped will I save you, and deliver the Midianites into thine hand: and let all the other people go every man unto his place.

      9 ¶ And it came to pass the same night, that the Lord said unto him, Arise, get thee down unto the host; for I have delivered it into thine hand.
  65.   11 And the Lord said unto the children of Israel, Did not I adeliver you from the Egyptians, and from the Amorites, from the children of Ammon, and from the Philistines?
  66.   13 And the angel of the Lord said unto Manoah, Of all that I said unto the woman let her beware.

      16 And the angel of the Lord said unto Manoah, Though thou detain me, I will not eat of thy bread: and if thou wilt offer a burnt offering, thou must offer it unto the Lord. For Manoah knew not that he was an angel of the Lord.

      18 And the angel of the Lord said unto him, Why askest thou thus after my name, seeing it is asecret?
  67.   17 And he said, What is the thing that the Lord hath said unto thee? I pray thee hide it not from me: God do so to thee, and more also, if thou hide any thing from me of all the things that he said unto thee.
  68.   7 And the Lord said unto Samuel, Hearken unto the avoice of the people in all that they say unto thee: for they have not rejected thee, but they have brejected me, that I should not creign over them.
  69.   17 And when Samuel saw Saul, the Lord said unto him, Behold the man whom I spake to thee of! this same shall reign over my people.
  70.   1 And the Lord said unto Samuel, How long wilt thou mourn for Saul, seeing I have rejected him from reigning over Israel? fill thine horn with oil, and go, I will send thee to aJesse the bBeth-lehemite: for I have provided me a cking among his sons.

      7 But the Lord said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the Lord aseeth not as bman seeth; for man looketh on the outward cappearance, but the dLord looketh on the eheart.
  71.   2 Therefore David aenquired of the Lord, saying, Shall I go and smite these Philistines? And the Lord said unto David, Go, and smite the Philistines, and save Keilah.
  72.   4 And the men of David said unto him, Behold the day of which the Lord said unto thee, Behold, I will deliver thine enemy into thine hand, that thou mayest do to him as it shall seem good unto thee. Then David arose, and cut off the askirt of Saul’s robe bprivily.
  73.   1 And it came to pass after this, that David enquired of the Lord, saying, Shall I go up into any of the cities of Judah? And the Lord said unto him, Go up. And David said, Whither shall I go up? And he said, Unto Hebron.
  74.   19 And David enquired of the Lord, saying, Shall I go up to the Philistines? wilt thou deliver them into mine hand? And the Lord said unto David, Go up: for I will doubtless deliver the Philistines into thine hand.
  75.   10 And the king said, What have I to do with you, ye sons of Zeruiah? so let him curse, because the Lord hath said unto him, Curse David. Who shall then say, Wherefore hast thou done so?
  76.   30 And Benaiah came to the tabernacle of the Lord, and said unto him, Thus saith the king, Come forth. And he said, Nay; but I will die here. And Benaiah brought the king word again, saying, Thus said Joab, and thus he answered me.
  77.   18 And the Lord said unto David my father, Whereas it was in thine heart to build an ahouse unto my name, thou didst well that it was in thine heart.
  78.   3 And the Lord said unto him, I have heard thy aprayer and thy supplication, that thou hast made before me: I have hallowed this house, which thou hast built, to put my bname there for ever; and mine eyes and mine heart shall be there perpetually.
  79.   2 Of the nations concerning which the Lord said unto the children of Israel, Ye shall not go in to them, neither shall they come in unto you: for surely they will aturn away your heart after their gods: Solomon clave unto these in love.

      11 Wherefore the Lord said unto Solomon, Forasmuch as this is done of thee, and thou hast not kept my acovenant and my statutes, which I have commanded thee, I will surely rend the bkingdom from thee, and will give it to thy servant.
  80.   5 ¶ And the Lord said unto Ahijah, Behold, the wife of Jeroboam cometh to ask a thing of thee for her son; for he is sick: thus and thus shalt thou say unto her: for it shall be, when she cometh in, that she shall feign herself to be another woman.
  81.   15 And the Lord said unto him, Go, return on thy way to the wilderness of Damascus: and when thou comest, anoint Hazael to be aking over Syria:
  82.   14 And Micaiah said, As the Lord liveth, what the Lord saith unto me, that will I speak.

      22 And the Lord said unto him, Wherewith? And he said, I will go forth, and I will be a alying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. And he said, Thou shalt persuade him, and prevail also: go forth, and do so.
  83.   15 And the aangel of the Lord said unto Elijah, Go down with him: be not afraid of him. And he arose, and went down with him unto the king.
  84.   30 And the Lord said unto Jehu, Because thou hast done well in executing that which is right in mine eyes, and hast done unto the house of Ahab according to all that was in mine heart, thy children of the fourth generation shall sit on the athrone of Israel.
  85.   12 For they served idols, whereof the Lord had said unto them, Ye shall anot do this thing.
  86.   10 And David enquired of God, saying, Shall I go up against the Philistines? and wilt thou deliver them into mine hand? And the Lord said unto him, Go up; for I will deliver them into thine hand.
  87.   20 Then there came out a spirit, and stood before the Lord, and said, I will entice him. And the Lord said unto him, Wherewith?
  88.   7 And the Lord said unto Satan, Whence comest thou? Then Satan answered the Lord, and said, From going ato and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.
      8 And the Lord said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my aservant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil?

      12 And the Lord said unto Satan, Behold, all that he hath is in thy apower; only upon himself put not forth thine hand. So Satan went forth from the presence of the Lord.
  89.   2 And the Lord said unto Satan, From whence comest thou? And Satan answered the Lord, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.

  129.   23 And now the Lord said unto Alma: Haste thee and get thou and this people out of this land, for the Lamanites have awakened and do pursue thee; therefore get thee out of this land, and I will stop the Lamanites in this valley that they come no further in pursuit of this people.

      20 And the Lord said unto the brother of Jared: Behold, thou shalt make a hole in the top, and also in the bottom; and when thou shalt suffer for air thou shalt unstop the hole and receive air. And if it be so that the water come in upon thee, behold, ye shall stop the hole, that ye may not perish in the flood.

      23 And the Lord said unto the brother of Jared: What will ye that I should do that ye may have light in your vessels? For behold, ye cannot have awindows, for they will be dashed in pieces; neither shall ye take fire with you, for ye shall not go by the light of fire.

      27 And the Lord said unto him: Write these things and aseal them up; and I will show them in mine own due time unto the children of men.
  145.   6 For the Lord said unto me: They shall not go forth unto the Gentiles until the day that they shall repent of their iniquity, and become clean before the Lord.
  146.   37 And it came to pass that the Lord said unto me: If they have not charity it mattereth not unto thee, thou hast been faithful; wherefore, thy garments shall be made aclean. And because thou hast seen thy bweakness thou shalt be made strong, even unto the sitting down in the place which I have prepared in the mansions of my Father.

  149.   6 But the Lord saith unto them, pluck not up the tares while the blade is yet tender (for verily your faith is weak), lest you destroy the wheat also.
  150.   2 Verily, thus saith the Lord, I say unto you, if those who acall themselves by my name and are essaying to be my saints, if they will do my will and keep my commandments concerning them, let them gather themselves together unto the places which I shall appoint unto them by my servant Joseph, and build up cities unto my name, that they may be prepared for that which is in store for a time to come.

And it came to pass that the Lord said unto me: If they have not charity it mattereth not unto thee, thou hast been afaithful; wherefore thy garments shall be made bclean. And because thou hast seen thy weakness, thou shalt be made strong, even unto the sitting down in the place which I have prepared in the mansions of my Father. The dtestators are now dead, and their etestament is in force.

      4 And the Lord said unto me, by the Urim and Thummim, that Kolob was after the manner of the Lord, according to its atimes and seasons in the revolutions thereof; that one revolution was a bday unto the Lord, after his manner of reckoning, it being one thousand cyears according to the time appointed unto that whereon thou standest. This is the reckoning of the Lord’s dtime, according to the reckoning of Kolob.
      5 And the Lord said unto me: The planet which is the lesser light, lesser than that which is to rule the day, even the night, is above or agreater than that upon which thou standest in point of reckoning, for it moveth in order more slow; this is in order because it standeth above the earth upon which thou standest, therefore the reckoning of its time is not so many as to its number of days, and of months, and of years.
      6 And the Lord said unto me: Now, Abraham, these atwo facts exist, behold thine eyes see it; it is given unto thee to know the times of reckoning, and the set time, yea, the set time of the earth upon which thou standest, and the set time of the greater light which is set to rule the day, and the set time of the lesser light which is set to rule the night.

      15 And the Lord said unto me: Abraham, I ashow these things unto thee before ye go into Egypt, that ye may declare all these words.

      19 And the Lord said unto me: These two facts do exist, that there are two spirits, one being more intelligent than the other; there shall be another more intelligent than they; I am the Lord thy God, I am amore intelligent than they all.
