Stand before the king

  1.   2 Wherefore his servants said unto him, Let there be sought for my lord the king a young virgin: and let her stand before the king, and let her acherish him, and let her lie in thy bosom, that my lord the king may get heat.

      28 ¶ Then king David answered and said, Call me Bath-sheba. And she came into the king’s presence, and stood before the king.
  2.   4 Then the king held out the golden asceptre toward Esther. So Esther arose, and stood before the king.
  3.   5 And the king appointed them a daily aprovision of the king’s bmeat, and of the wine which he drank: so nourishing them three years, that at the end thereof they might cstand before the king.

      19 And the king communed with them; and among them all was found none like Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah: therefore stood they before the king.
  4.   2 Then the king commanded to call the amagicians, and the astrologers, and the sorcerers, and the Chaldeans, for to shew the king his dreams. So they came and stood before the king.
  5.   8 And it came to pass when they had been in prison two days they were again brought before the king, and their bands were loosed; and they stood before the king, and were permitted, or rather acommanded, that they should answer the questions which he should ask them.
  6.   3 Now it came to pass that aGideon went forth and stood before the king, and said unto him: Now O king, thou hast hitherto hearkened unto my words many times when we have been contending with our brethren, the Lamanites.
  7.   15 Now, when the servants of the king had seen that they had fallen, they also began to cry unto God, for the fear of the Lord had come upon them also, for it was athey who had stood before the king and testified unto him concerning the great power of Ammon.
