"Cedars of Lebanon"
Judg. 9: 15
15 And the bramble said unto the trees, If in truth ye anoint me king over you,
then
come
and
put your trust in my shadow: and if not, let fire come out
of
the bramble, and devour the
cedars
of
Lebanon
.
Ps. 29: 5
5 The voice
of
the
Lord
breaketh the
cedars
; yea, the
Lord
breaketh the
cedars
of
Lebanon
.
Ps. 104: 16
16 The trees
of
the
Lord
are full
of
sap;
the
cedars
of
Lebanon
, which he hath planted;
Isa. 2: 13
13 And upon all the
cedars
of
Lebanon
,
that are
high and lifted up, and upon all the oaks
of
Bashan,
Isa. 14: 8
8 Yea, the fir trees rejoice at thee,
and
the
cedars
of
Lebanon
,
saying,
Since thou art laid down, no feller is come up against us.
2 Ne. 12: 13
13 Yea, and the day
of
the Lord shall come upon all the
cedars
of
Lebanon
, for they are high and lifted up; and upon all the oaks
of
Bashan;
2 Ne. 24: 8
8 Yea, the fir-trees rejoice at thee, and also the
cedars
of
Lebanon
, saying: Since thou art laid down no feller is come up against us.
