"The Lord hath done"

  1. 27 Were it not that I feared the wrath of the enemy, lest their adversaries should behave themselves strangely, and lest they should say, Our hand is ahigh, and the Lord hath not done all this.
  2. 17 And the Lord hath done to him, as he spake by me: for the Lord hath rent the akingdom out of thine hand, and given it to thy neighbour, even to David:
  3. 10 Know now that there shall afall unto the earth nothing of the word of the Lord, which the Lord spake concerning the house of Ahab: for the Lord hath done that which he spake by his servant Elijah.
  4. 2 Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The Lord hath adone great bthings for them.
3 The Lord hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad.
  5. 20 That they may see, and know, and consider, and understand together, that the hand of the Lord hath done this, and the Holy One of Israel hath acreated it.
  6. 23 aSing, O ye heavens; for the Lord hath done it: shout, ye lower parts of the earth: break forth into bsinging, ye mountains, O forest, and every tree therein: for the Lord hath credeemed Jacob, and glorified himself in Israel.
  7. 17 The Lord hath done that which he had adevised; he hath fulfilled his word that he had commanded in the days of old: he hath thrown down, and hath not pitied: and he hath caused thine enemy to rejoice over thee, he hath set up the horn of thine adversaries.
  8. 6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be aevil in a city, and the Lord hath not bdone it?
  9. 19 Howbeit Jesus suffered him not, but saith unto him, Go home to thy friends, and tell them how great things the Lord hath done for thee, and hath had acompassion on thee.
  10. 11 Yea, and how is it that ye have forgotten what great things the Lord hath done for us, in adelivering us out of the hands of Laban, and also that we should obtain the record?
  11. 10 And behold, when I see many of my brethren truly penitent, and coming to the Lord their God, then is my soul filled with joy; then do I remember awhat the Lord has done for me, yea, even that he hath heard my prayer; yea, then do I remember his merciful arm which he extended towards me.
  12. 8 And behold, it is the hand of the Lord which hath done it. And behold also, the Lamanites are at awar one with another; and the whole face of this land is one continual round of murder and bloodshed; and no one knoweth the end of the war.
  13. 3 Joseph Smith, the aProphet and bSeer of the Lord, has done more, csave Jesus only, for the salvation of men in this world, than any other man that ever lived in it. In the short space of twenty years, he has brought forth the Book of Mormon, which he translated by the gift and power of God, and has been the means of publishing it on two continents; has sent the dfulness of the everlasting gospel, which it contained, to the four quarters of the earth; has brought forth the revelations and commandments which compose this book of Doctrine and Covenants, and many other wise documents and instructions for the benefit of the children of men; gathered many thousands of the Latter-day Saints, founded a great city, and left a fame and name that cannot be slain. He lived great, and he died great in the eyes of God and his people; and like most of the Lord’s anointed in ancient times, has sealed his mission and his works with his own eblood; and so has his brother Hyrum. In life they were not divided, and in death they were not fseparated!
