2 Again, thou shalt say to the children of Israel, Whosoever he beof the children of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn in Israel, that giveth anyofhisseed unto Molech; he shall surely be put to death: the people of the land shall stone him with stones.
3 And I will set my face against that man, and will cut him off from among his people; because he hath given ofhisseed unto Molech, to defile my sanctuary, and to profane my holy name.
4 And if the people of the land do any ways hide their eyes from the man, when he giveth ofhisseed unto Molech, and kill him not:
8 And they brought the head of Ish-bosheth unto David to Hebron, and said to the king, Behold the head of Ish-bosheth the son of Saul thine enemy, which sought thy life; and the Lord hath avenged my lord the king this day of Saul, and ofhisseed.
33 Their blood shall therefore return upon the head of Joab, and upon the head ofhisseed for ever: but upon David, and upon hisseed, and upon his house, and upon his throne, shall there be peace for ever from the Lord.
30 Thus saith the Lord, Write ye this man childless, a man that shall not prosper in his days: for no man ofhisseed shall prosper, sitting upon the throne of David, and ruling any more in Judah.
26 Then will I cast away the seedof Jacob, and David my servant, so that I will not take anyofhisseedto be rulers over the seedof Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob: for I will cause their captivity to return, and have mercy on them.
