  1. 26 I call aheaven and earth to witness against you this day, that ye shall soon utterly perish from off the land whereunto ye go over bJordan to possess it; ye shall not prolong your days upon it, but shall cutterly be destroyed.

40 Thou shalt akeep therefore his statutes, and his commandments, which I command thee this day, that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee, and that thou mayest bprolong thy cdays upon the dearth, which the Lord thy God giveth thee, for ever.
  2. 16 ¶ aHonour thy father and thy mother, as the Lord thy God hath commanded thee; that thy days may be prolonged, and that it may go well with thee, in the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee.

33 Ye shall awalk in all the ways which the Lord your God hath commanded you, that ye may live, and that it may be well with you, and that ye may prolong your days in the land which ye shall possess.
  3. 2 That thou mightest fear the Lord thy God, to keep all his statutes and his commandments, which I command thee, thou, and thy son, and thy son’s son, all the days of thy life; and that thy days may be aprolonged.
  4. 9 And that ye may aprolong your days in the land, which the Lord sware unto your bfathers to give unto them and to their seed, a land that floweth with milk and honey.
  5. 20 That his heart be not lifted up above his abrethren, and that he bturn not aside from the commandment, to the right hand, or to the left: to the end that he may prolong his days in his kingdom, he, and his cchildren, in the midst of Israel.
  6. 7 But thou shalt in any wise let the dam go, and take the young to thee; that it may be well with thee, and that thou mayest aprolong thy days.
  7. 18 I adenounce unto you this day, that ye shall surely perish, and that ye shall not prolong your days upon the land, whither thou passest over Jordan to go to possess it.
  8. 47 For it is not a vain thing for you; because it is your life: and through this thing ye shall aprolong your days in the land, whither ye go over Jordan to possess it.
  9. 27 The afear of the Lord prolongeth days: but the years of the wicked shall be shortened.
  10. 16 The prince that wanteth understanding is also a great oppressor: but he that hateth acovetousness shall prolong his days.
  11. 15 All things have I seen in the days of my avanity: there is a bjust man that perisheth in his righteousness, and there is a wicked man that prolongeth his life in his wickedness.
  12. 12 ¶ Though a sinner do evil an hundred times, and his days be prolonged, yet surely I know that it shall be awell with them that bfear God, which fear before him:
13 But it shall not be well with the wicked, neither shall he prolong his days, which are as a shadow; because he afeareth not before God.
  13. 22 And the wild beasts of the islands shall cry in their desolate ahouses, and bdragons in their pleasant palaces: and her time is near to come, and her days shall not be prolonged.
  14. 10 ¶ Yet it pleased the Lord to abruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an boffering for sin, he shall see his cseed, he shall prolong his days, and the dpleasure of the Lord shall prosper in his hand.
  15. 22 Son of man, what is that proverb that ye have in the land of Israel, saying, The days are prolonged, and every vision faileth?
    • • •
25 For I am the Lord: I will speak, and the aword that I shall speak shall come to pass; it shall be no more prolonged: for in your days, O rebellious house, will I say the bword, and will perform it, saith the Lord God.
  16. 21 And the days of the children of amen were prolonged, according to the bwill of God, that they might crepent while in the flesh; wherefore, their state became a state of dprobation, and their time was lengthened, according to the commandments which the Lord God gave unto the children of men. For he gave commandment that all men must repent; for he showed unto all men that they were elost, because of the transgression of their parents.
  17. 22 And the wild beasts of the islands shall cry in their desolate houses, and dragons in their pleasant palaces; and her time is near to come, and her day shall not be prolonged. For I will destroy her speedily; yea, for I will be merciful unto my people, but the wicked shall perish.
  18. 10 Yet it pleased the Lord to abruise him; he hath put him to grief; when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin he shall see his bseed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in his hand.
  19. 18 But behold, I say unto you that if ye persist in your wickedness that your days shall not be aprolonged in the land, for the bLamanites shall be sent upon you; and if ye repent not they shall come in a time when you know not, and ye shall be visited with cutter destruction; and it shall be according to the fierce danger of the Lord.
  20. 4 But behold my brethren, the aLamanites hath he hated because their deeds have been evil continually, and this because of the iniquity of the btradition of their fathers. But behold, salvation hath come unto them through the preaching of the Nephites; and for this intent hath the Lord cprolonged their days.

10 And now, because of their asteadfastness when they do believe in that thing which they do believe, for because of their firmness when they are once enlightened, behold, the Lord shall bless them and prolong their days, notwithstanding their iniquity—
11 Yea, even if they should dwindle in unbelief the Lord shall aprolong their days, until the time shall come which hath been spoken of by our fathers, and also by the prophet bZenos, and many other prophets, concerning the crestoration of our brethren, the Lamanites, again to the knowledge of the truth—
  21. 33 And there are many that lie in wait to adestroy thee from off the face of the earth; and for this cause, that thy days may be bprolonged, I have given unto thee these commandments.
