"For if a man"

  1.   19 For if a man find his enemy, will he let him go well away? wherefore the Lord reward thee good for that thou hast done unto me this day.
  2.   3 For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself.
  3.   5 (For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?)
  4.   18 Now I ask, is this faith? Behold, I say unto you, Nay; for if a man knoweth a thing he hath no cause to believe, for he knoweth it.
  5.   8 For behold, if a man being evil giveth a gift, he doeth it grudgingly; wherefore it is counted unto him the same as if he had retained the gift; wherefore he is counted evil before God.
