Brought to naught/nothing

  1.   63 And it shall come to pass, that as the Lord rejoiced over you to do you good, and to multiply you; so the Lord will rejoice over you to destroy you, and to bring you to nought; and ye shall be plucked from off the land whither thou goest to possess it.
  2.   20 For the terrible one is brought to nought, and the scorner is consumed, and all that watch for iniquity are cut off:
  3.   24 O Lord, correct me, but with judgment; not in thine anger, lest thou bring me to nothing.
  4.   36 For before these days rose up Theudas, boasting himself to be somebody; to whom a number of men, about four hundred, joined themselves: who was slain; and all, as many as obeyed him, were scattered, and brought to nought.
  5.   19 For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.

      28 And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are:
  6.   31 For assuredly as the Lord liveth they shall see that the terrible one is brought to naught, and the scorner is consumed, and all that watch for iniquity are cut off;
  7.   30 And that all their works may be brought to naught, and be swept away by the hail, and by the judgments which thou wilt send upon them in thine anger, that there may be an end to lyings and slanders against thy people.
