"Out of the way"

  1. 8 They have turned aside quickly out of the way which I commanded them: they have made them a molten calf, and have worshipped it, and have sacrificed thereunto, and said, These be thy gods, O Israel, which have brought thee up out of the land of Egypt.
  2. 23 And the ass saw the angel of the Lord standing in the way, and his sword drawn in his hand: and the ass turned aside out of the way, and went into the field: and Balaam smote the ass, to turn her into the way.
  3. 12 And the Lord said unto me, Arise, get thee down quickly from hence; for thy people which thou hast brought forth out of Egypt have corrupted themselves; they are quickly turned aside out of the way which I commanded them; they have made them a molten image.

16 And I looked, and, behold, ye had sinned against the Lord your God, and had made you a molten calf: ye had turned aside quickly out of the way which the Lord had commanded you.
  4. 28 And a curse, if ye will not obey the commandments of the Lord your God, but turn aside out of the way which I command you this day, to go after other gods, which ye have not known.
  5. 5 And that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams, shall be put to death; because he hath spoken to turn you away from the Lord your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed you out of the house of bondage, to thrust thee out of the way which the Lord thy God commanded thee to walk in. So shalt thou put the evil away from the midst of thee.
  6. 18 Cursed be he that maketh the blind to wander out of the way. And all the people shall say, Amen.

  8. 4 They turn the needy out of the way: the poor of the earth hide themselves together.

  10. 16 The man that wandereth out of the way of understanding shall remain in the congregation of the dead.
  11. 7 ¶ But they also have erred through wine, and through strong drink are out of the way; the priest and the prophet have erred through strong drink, they are swallowed up of wine, they are out of the way through strong drink; they err in vision, they stumble in judgment.
  12. 11 Get you out of the way, turn aside out of the path, cause the Holy One of Israel to cease from before us.
  13. 14 And shall say, Cast ye up, cast ye up, prepare the way, take up the stumblingblock out of the way of my people.
  14. 2 Then brought he me out of the way of the gate northward, and led me about the way without unto the utter gate by the way that looketh eastward; and, behold, there ran out waters on the right side.
  15. 8 But ye are departed out of the way; ye have caused many to stumble at the law; ye have corrupted the covenant of Levi, saith the Lord of hosts.
  16. 12 They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.
  17. 14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;
  18. 7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
  19. 2 Who can have compassion on the ignorant, and on them that are out of the way; for that he himself also is compassed with infirmity.
  20. 13 And make straight paths for your feet, lest that which is lame be turned out of the way; but let it rather be healed.
  21. 11 Yea, they have all gone out of the way; they have become corrupted.
  22. 31 And now behold, he had got great hold upon the hearts of the Nephites; yea, insomuch that they had become exceedingly wicked; yea, the more part of them had turned out of the way of righteousness, and did trample under their feet the commandments of God, and did turn unto their own ways, and did build up unto themselves idols of their gold and their silver.
  23. 6 And the anger of God kindleth against the inhabitants of the earth; and none doeth good, for all have gone out of the way.
