  2. 18 And Joseph said unto them the third day, This do, and live; for I fear God:

  4. 14 ¶ Thou shalt not curse the deaf, nor put a stumblingblock before the blind, but shalt fear thy God: I am the Lord.
    • • •
    32 ¶ Thou shalt rise up before the hoary head, and honour the face of the old man, and fear thy God: I am the Lord.
  5. 17 Ye shall not therefore oppress one another; but thou shalt fear thy God: for I am the Lord your God.
    • • •
    36 Take thou no usury of him, or increase: but fear thy God; that thy brother may live with thee.

  9. 9 Then Satan answered the Lord, and said, Doth Job fear God for nought?
  10. 5 There were they in great fear: for God is in the generation of the righteous.
  11. 1 The transgression of the wicked saith within my heart, that there is no fear of God before his eyes.
  12. 19 God shall hear, and afflict them, even he that abideth of old. Selah. Because they have no changes, therefore they fear not God.
  13. 16 Come and hear, all ye that fear God, and I will declare what he hath done for my soul.
  14. 7 For in the multitude of dreams and many words there are also divers vanities: but fear thou God.
  15. 12 ¶ Though a sinner do evil an hundred times, and his days be prolonged, yet surely I know that it shall be well with them that fear God, which fear before him:
  16. 13 ¶ Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
  17. 23 But when he seeth his children, the work of mine hands, in the midst of him, they shall sanctify my name, and sanctify the Holy One of Jacob, and shall fear the God of Israel.
  18. 4 And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not God, nor regard man;
  19. 40 But the other answering rebuked him, saying, Dost not thou fear God, seeing thou art in the same condemnation?
  20. 16 Then Paul stood up, and beckoning with his hand said, Men of Israel, and ye that fear God, give audience.
  21. 18 There is no fear of God before their eyes.

  27. 8 And there shall also be many which shall say: Eat, drink, and be merry; nevertheless, fear God—he will justify in committing a little sin; yea, lie a little, take the advantage of one because of his words, dig a pit for thy neighbor; there is no harm in this; and do all these things, for tomorrow we die; and if it so be that we are guilty, God will beat us with a few stripes, and at last we shall be saved in the kingdom of God.
  28. 37 And now, my beloved brethren, I desire that ye should remember these things, and that ye should work out your salvation with fear before God, and that ye should no more deny the coming of Christ;
  29. 12 And now the Spirit of the Lord doth say unto me: Command thy children to do good, lest they lead away the hearts of many people to destruction; therefore I command you, my son, in the fear of God, that ye refrain from your iniquities;
  30. 10 But in this thing they were disappointed, for the Nephites did not fear them; but they did fear their God and did supplicate him for protection; therefore, when the armies of Giddianhi did rush upon them they were prepared to meet them; yea, in the strength of the Lord they did receive them.
  31. 104 And this shall be the sound of his trump, saying to all people, both in heaven and in earth, and that are under the earth—for every ear shall hear it, and every knee shall bow, and every tongue shall confess, while they hear the sound of the trump, saying: Fear God, and give glory to him who sitteth upon the throne, forever and ever; for the hour of his judgment is come.
  32. 84 And he would not for a while, but afterward he said within himself: Though I fear not God, nor regard man, yet because this widow troubleth me I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me.
  33. 38 And the servants of God shall go forth, saying with a loud voice: Fear God and give glory to him, for the hour of his judgment is come;
