Pass through

  1.   6 ¶ And Abram passed through the land unto the place of Sichem, unto the plain of Moreh. And the aCanaanite was then in the land.
  2.   32 I will pass through all thy flock to day, removing from thence all the speckled and spotted acattle, and all the brown cattle among the sheep, and the spotted and speckled among the goats: and of such shall be my hire.
  3.   12 For I will pass through the land of Egypt this night, and will smite all the afirstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the bgods of Egypt I will execute cjudgment: I am the Lord.
          •  •  •
23 For the Lord will apass through to smite the Egyptians; and when he seeth the blood upon the lintel, and on the two side posts, the Lord will bpass over the door, and will not csuffer the ddestroyer to come in unto your houses to smite you.
  4.   21 And thou shalt not let any of thy seed pass through the afire to bMolech, neither shalt thou cprofane the dname of thy God: I am the Lord.
  5.   7 And they spake unto all the company of the children of Israel, saying, The land, which we passed through to search it, is an exceeding good land.
  6.   17 Let us pass, I pray thee, through thy country: we will not pass through the fields, or through the vineyards, neither will we drink of the water of the wells: we will go by the king’s high way, we will not turn to the right hand nor to the left, until we have passed thy borders.
          •  •  •
21 Thus Edom refused to give Israel passage through his border: wherefore Israel turned away from him.
  7.   22 Let me pass through thy land: we will not turn into the fields, or into the vineyards; we will not drink of the waters of the well: but we will go along by the king’s high way, until we be past thy borders.
23 And aSihon would not suffer Israel to pass through his bborder: but Sihon gathered all his people together, and went out against Israel into the wilderness: and he came to Jahaz, and fought against Israel.
  8.   8 And they departed from before Pi-hahiroth, and passed through the midst of the sea into the wilderness, and went three days’ journey in the wilderness of Etham, and pitched in Marah.
  9.   4 And command thou the people, saying, Ye are to pass through the coast of your brethren the children of Esau, which dwell in Seir; and they shall be afraid of you: take ye good heed unto yourselves therefore:
          •  •  •
18 Thou art to pass over through Ar, the acoast of Moab, this day:
          •  •  •
27 Let me pass through thy land: I will go along by the high way, I will neither turn unto the right hand nor to the left.
      28 Thou shalt asell me bmeat for money, that I may eat; and give me water for money, that I may drink: only cI will pass through on my feet;
  10.   10 There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter ato pass through the bfire, or that useth cdivination, or an observer of times, or an denchanter, or a witch,
  11.   11 Pass through athe host, and command the people, saying, Prepare you bvictuals; for within three days ye shall pass over this Jordan, to go in to cpossess the land, which the Lord your God giveth you to possess it.
  12.   9 And the men went and passed through the land, and described it by cities into seven parts in a book, and came again to Joshua to the host at Shiloh.
  13.   17 Then Israel asent messengers unto the king of Edom, saying, Let me, I pray thee, pass through thy land: but the king of Edom would not hearken thereto. And in like manner they sent unto the king of Moab: but he would not consent: and Israel abode in Kadesh.
          •  •  •
20 But Sihon trusted not Israel to pass through his acoast: but Sihon gathered all his people together, and pitched in Jahaz, and fought against Israel.
  14.   4 And he passed through mount Ephraim, and passed through the land of Shalisha, but they found them not: then they passed through the land of Shalim, and there they were not: and he passed through the land of the Benjamites, but they found them not.
  15.   31 And he brought forth the people that were therein, and put them under asaws, and under harrows of iron, and under axes of iron, and made them pass through the brickkiln: and thus did he unto all the cities of the children of Ammon. So David and all the people returned unto Jerusalem.
  16.   3 But he walked in the way of the kings of Israel, yea, and made his son to pass through the afire, according to the abominations of the bheathen, whom the Lord cast out from before the children of Israel.
  17.   17 And they caused their sons and their daughters to pass through the afire, and used bdivination and enchantments, and sold themselves to do cevil in the sight of the Lord, to provoke him to anger.
  18.   6 And he made his son pass through the afire, and observed times, and used benchantments, and dealt with cfamiliar spirits and wizards: he wrought much wickedness in the sight of the Lord, to provoke him to anger.
  19.   10 And he defiled aTopheth, which is in the valley of the children of bHinnom, that no man might make his son or his daughter to pass through the fire to cMolech.
  20.   6 And he caused his children to pass through the afire in the valley of the son of Hinnom: also he bobserved times, and used enchantments, and used cwitchcraft, and ddealt with a efamiliar spirit, and with wizards: he wrought much evil in the sight of the Lord, to provoke him to anger.
  21.   8 The fowl of the air, and the fish of the sea, and whatsoever passeth through the paths of the seas.
  22.   13 He adivided the sea, and caused them to pass through; and he made the waters to stand as an heap.
  23.   6 Who passing through the valley of Baca make it a well; the rain also filleth the pools.
  24.   14 And made Israel to pass through the midst of it: for his mercy endureth for ever:
  25.   8 Passing through the street near her corner; and he went the way to her house,
  26.   8 And he shall apass through Judah; he shall overflow and go over, he shall reach even to the bneck; and the stretching out of his wings shall fill the breadth of thy land, O cImmanuel.
          •  •  •
21 And athey shall pass through it, hardly bestead and hungry: and it shall come to pass, that when they shall be hungry, they shall fret themselves, and bcurse their king and their God, and look upward.
  27.   1 The aburden of the desert of the sea. As whirlwinds in bthe south pass through; so it cometh from the desert, from a terrible land.
  28.   10 Pass through thy land as a river, O daughter of Tarshish: there is no more strength.
  29.   15 Because ye have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing ascourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our brefuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves:
          •  •  •
18 ¶ And ayour covenant with death shall be disannulled, and your agreement with hell shall not stand; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, then ye shall be trodden down by it.
  30.   10 It shall not be quenched night nor day; the smoke thereof shall go up for ever: from generation to generation it shall lie waste; none shall pass through it for ever and ever.
  31.   2 When thou passest through the awaters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the bfire, thou shalt not be cburned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.
  32.   6 Neither said they, Where is the Lord that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, that aled us through the wilderness, through a land of deserts and of pits, through a land of drought, and of the shadow of death, through a land that no man passed through, and where no man dwelt?
  33.   9 And it came to pass through the lightness of her whoredom, that she defiled the land, and acommitted adultery with bstones and with cstocks.
  34.   10 For the mountains will I take up a weeping and wailing, and for the habitations of the wilderness a lamentation, because they are burned up, so that none can pass through them; neither can men hear the voice of the cattle; both the fowl of the heavens and the beast are fled; they are gone.
          •  •  •
12 ¶ Who is the wise man, that may understand this? and who is he to whom the mouth of the Lord hath spoken, that he may declare it, for what the land perisheth and is burned up like a wilderness, that none passeth through?
  35.   35 And they built the high places of Baal, which are in the valley of the son of Hinnom, to cause their sons and their daughters to pass through the afire unto Molech; which I commanded them not, neither came it into my mind, that they should do this abomination, to cause Judah to sin.
  36.   44 Thou hast covered thyself with a cloud, that our prayer should not pass through.
  37.   21 ¶ Rejoice and be glad, O daughter of aEdom, that dwellest in the land of bUz; the ccup also shall pass through unto thee: thou shalt be drunken, and shalt make thyself naked.
  38.   17 So will I send upon you famine and evil beasts, and they shall abereave thee; and pestilence and blood shall pass through thee; and I will bring the bsword upon thee. I the Lord have spoken it.
  39.   15 ¶ If I cause anoisome beasts to pass through the land, and they spoil it, so that it be desolate, that no man may pass through because of the beasts:
  40.   21 That thou hast slain my children, and delivered them to cause them to pass through the fire for them?
  41.   26 And I polluted them in their own gifts, in that they caused to pass athrough the bfire all that openeth the womb, that I might make them desolate, to the cend that they might dknow that I am the Lord.
          •  •  •
31 For when ye offer your gifts, when ye make your sons to pass through the fire, ye pollute yourselves with all your idols, even unto this day: and shall I be enquired of by you, O house of Israel? As I live, saith the Lord God, I will not be enquired of by you.
  42.   11 No foot of man shall pass through it, nor foot of beast shall pass through it, neither shall it be inhabited forty years.
  43.   28 For I will lay the land most desolate, and the pomp of her strength shall cease; and the mountains of Israel shall be desolate, that none shall pass through.
  44.   14 And they shall asever out men of continual employment, passing through the land to bury with the bpassengers those that remain upon the face of the earth, to cleanse it: after the end of seven months shall they search.
15 And the passengers that pass through the land, when any seeth a man’s bone, then shall he set up a sign by it, till the buriers have buried it in the valley of Hamon-gog.
  45.   10 But his sons shall be stirred up, and shall assemble a multitude of great forces: and one shall certainly come, and overflow, and pass through: then shall he return, and be stirred up, even to his fortress.
  46.   17 So shall ye know that I am the Lord your God adwelling in Zion, my holy bmountain: then shall cJerusalem be holy, and there shall no dstrangers pass through her any more.
  47.   17 And in all vineyards shall be wailing: for I will pass through thee, saith the Lord.
  48.   13 The breaker is come up before them: they have broken up, and have passed through the gate, and are gone out by it: and their aking shall pass before them, and the Lord on the head of them.
  49.   12 Thus saith the Lord; Though they be quiet, and likewise many, yet thus shall they be cut down, when he shall pass through. Though I have afflicted thee, I will afflict thee no more.
          •  •  •
15 Behold upon the mountains the afeet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace! O Judah, keep thy solemn feasts, perform thy vows: for the wicked shall no more pass through thee; he is utterly cut off.
  50.   14 But I ascattered them with a whirlwind among all the nations whom they knew not. Thus the land was desolate after them, that no man passed through nor returned: for they laid the pleasant land desolate.

  51.   8 And I will encamp about mine house because of the army, because of him that passeth by, and because of him that returneth: and no oppressor shall pass through them any more: for now have I seen with mine eyes.
  52.   11 And he shall pass through the sea with affliction, and shall smite the waves in the sea, and all the deeps of the river shall dry up: and the pride of aAssyria shall be brought down, and the bsceptre of cEgypt shall depart away.
  53.   30 ¶ And they departed thence, and passed through Galilee; and he would not that any man should know it.
  54.   30 But he apassing through the midst of them went his way,
  55.   11 ¶ And it came to pass, as he went to Jerusalem, that he passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee.
  56.   1 And Jesus entered and passed through Jericho.
  57.   40 But Philip was found at Azotus: and passing through he preached in all the cities, till he came to aCaesarea.
  58.   10 When they were past the first and the second ward, they came unto the iron gate that leadeth unto the city; which opened to them of his own accord: and they went out, and passed on through one street; and forthwith the angel departed from him.
  59.   3 And being brought on their way by the church, they passed through Phenice and Samaria, declaring the aconversion of the Gentiles: and they caused great joy unto all the brethren.
  60.   1 Now when they had passed through Amphipolis and Apollonia, they came to aThessalonica, where was a synagogue of the Jews:
  61.   1 And it came to pass, that, while Apollos was at Corinth, Paul having passed through the upper acoasts came to Ephesus: and finding certain disciples,
          •  •  •
21 ¶ After these things were ended, Paul purposed in the aspirit, when he had passed through Macedonia and Achaia, to go to Jerusalem, saying, After I have been there, I must also see bRome.
  62.   1 Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the acloud, and all passed through the bsea;
  63.   5 Now I will come unto you, when I shall pass through Macedonia: for I do pass through Macedonia.
  64.   29 By faith they passed through the Red asea as by dry land: which the Egyptians assaying to do were drowned.
  65.   26 Now ye know that aMoses was commanded of the Lord to do that great work; and ye know that by his bword the waters of the Red Sea were divided hither and thither, and they passed through on dry ground.
  66.   8 And he shall pass through Judah; he shall overflow and go over, he shall areach even to the neck; and the stretching out of his wings shall fill the breadth of thy land, O Immanuel.
          •  •  •
21 And they shall pass through it hardly bestead and hungry; and it shall come to pass that when they shall be hungry, they shall fret themselves, and curse their king and their God, and look upward.
  67.   2 Yea, concerning that which was to come, and also concerning the resurrection of the dead, and the aredemption of the people, which was to be brought to pass through the power, and sufferings, and bdeath of Christ, and his resurrection and ascension into heaven.
  68.   6 Behold the back pass, through the back wall, on the back side of the city. The Lamanites, or the aguards of the Lamanites, by night are bdrunken; therefore let us send a proclamation among all this people that they gather together their flocks and herds, that they may drive them into the wilderness by night.
7 And I will go according to thy command and pay the last atribute of wine to the Lamanites, and they will be bdrunken; and we will pass through the secret pass on the left of their camp when they are drunken and asleep.
  69.   5 If thou art called to pass through atribulation; if thou art in perils among false brethren; if thou art in bperils among robbers; if thou art in perils by land or by sea;
  70.   2 And as for the aperils which I am called to pass through, they seem but a small thing to me, as the benvy and wrath of man have been my common lot all the days of my life; and for what cause it seems mysterious, unless I was cordained from before the foundation of the world for some good end, or bad, as you may choose to call it. Judge ye for yourselves. God dknoweth all these things, whether it be good or bad. But nevertheless, deep water is what I am wont to swim in. It all has become a second nature to me; and I feel, like Paul, to glory in etribulation; for to this day has the God of my fathers delivered me out of them all, and will deliver me from henceforth; for behold, and lo, I shall triumph over all my enemies, for the Lord God hath spoken it.
  71.
