19 Then the magicians said unto Pharaoh, This is the finger of God: and Pharaoh’s heart was hardened, and hehearkened not unto them; as the Lord had said.
23 But he refused, and said, I will not eat. But his servants, together with the woman, compelled him; and hehearkened unto their voice. So he arose from the earth, and sat upon the bed.
25 And number thee an army, like the army that thou hast lost, horse for horse, and chariot for chariot: and we will fight against them in the plain, and surely we shall be stronger than they. And hehearkened unto their voice, and did so.
15 And he said, Hearken ye, all Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem, and thou king Jehoshaphat, Thus saith the Lord unto you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God’s.

28 And it came to pass that Laman was angry with me, and also with my father; and also was Lemuel, for hehearkened unto the words of Laman. Wherefore Laman and Lemuel did speak many hard words unto us, their younger brothers, and they did smite us even with a rod.
32 And it came to pass that I spake with him, that if he would hearken unto my words, as the Lord liveth, and as I live, even so that if he would hearken unto our words, we would spare his life.
41 Therefore, if a man bringeth forth good works hehearkeneth unto the voice of the good shepherd, and he doth follow him; but whosoever bringeth forth evil works, the same becometh a child of the devil, for hehearkeneth unto his voice, and doth follow him.
