8 And Moses took the blood, and sprinkled it on the people, and said, Behold the blood of the covenant, whichtheLord hath made with you concerning all these words.
9 When I was gone up into the mount to receive the tables of stone, eventhe tables of the covenant whichtheLordmade with you, then I abode in the mount forty days and forty nights, I neither did eat bread nor drink water:
15 And it came to pass, as the angels were gone away from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another, Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, whichtheLord hath made known unto us.
18 Wherefore, our father hath not spoken of our seed alone, but also of all the house of Israel, pointing to the covenant which should be fulfilled in the latter days; which covenant theLordmade to our father Abraham, saying: In thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed.
7 And now, my sons, I would that ye should remember to search them diligently, that ye may profit thereby; and I would that ye should keep the commandments of God, that ye may prosper in the land according to the promises whichtheLordmade unto our fathers.
