Sing and praise

  1. 3 Hear, O ye kings; give ear, O ye princes; I, even I, will sing unto the Lord; I will sing praise to the Lord God of Israel.
  2. 50 Therefore I will give thanks unto thee, O Lord, among the heathen, and I will sing praises unto thy name.
  3. 13 It came even to pass, as the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the Lord; and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of musick, and praised the Lord, saying, For he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever: that then the house was filled with a cloud, even the house of the Lord;
  4. 21 And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed singers unto the Lord, and that should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army, and to say, Praise the Lord; for his mercy endureth for ever.
22 ¶ And when they began to sing and to praise, the Lord set ambushments against the children of Ammon, Moab, and mount Seir, which were come against Judah; and they were smitten.
  5. 13 And she looked, and, behold, the king stood at his pillar at the entering in, and the princes and the trumpets by the king: and all the people of the land rejoiced, and sounded with trumpets, also the singers with instruments of musick, and such as taught to sing praise. Then Athaliah rent her clothes, and said, Treason, Treason.
  6. 30 Moreover Hezekiah the king and the princes commanded the Levites to sing praise unto the Lord with the words of David, and of Asaph the seer. And they sang praises with gladness, and they bowed their heads and worshipped.
  7. 21 And the children of Israel that were present at Jerusalem kept the feast of unleavened bread seven days with great gladness: and the Levites and the priests praised the Lord day by day, singing with loud instruments unto the Lord.
  8. 46 For in the days of David and Asaph of old there were chief of the singers, and songs of praise and thanksgiving unto God.
  9. 17 I will praise the Lord according to his righteousness: and will sing praise to the name of the Lord most high.
  10. 2 I will be glad and rejoice in thee: I will sing praise to thy name, O thou most High.

11 Sing praises to the Lord, which dwelleth in Zion: declare among the people his doings.
  11. 49 Therefore will I give thanks unto thee, O Lord, among the heathen, and sing praises unto thy name.
  12. 13 Be thou exalted, Lord, in thine own strength: so will we sing and praise thy power.
  13. 6 And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the Lord.
  14. 12 To the end that my glory may sing praise to thee, and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give thanks unto thee for ever.
  15. 2 Praise the Lord with harp: sing unto him with the psaltery and an instrument of ten strings.
  16. 6 Sing praises to God, sing praises: sing praises unto our King, sing praises.
7 For God is the King of all the earth: sing ye praises with understanding.
  17. 7 My heart is fixed, O God, my heart is fixed: I will sing and give praise.

9 I will praise thee, O Lord, among the people: I will sing unto thee among the nations.
  18. 8 So will I sing praise unto thy name for ever, that I may daily perform my vows.
  19. 2 Sing forth the honour of his name: make his praise glorious.
  20. 4 Sing unto God, sing praises to his name: extol him that rideth upon the heavens by his name JAH, and rejoice before him.

32 Sing unto God, ye kingdoms of the earth; O sing praises unto the Lord; Selah:
  21. 22 I will also praise thee with the psaltery, even thy truth, O my God: unto thee will I sing with the harp, O thou Holy One of Israel.
  22. 9 But I will declare for ever; I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.
  23. 1 It is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High:
  24. 4 Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise.
  25. 33 I will sing unto the Lord as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.
  26. 1 O God, my heart is fixed; I will sing and give praise, even with my glory.

3 I will praise thee, O Lord, among the people: and I will sing praises unto thee among the nations.
  27. 3 Praise the Lord; for the Lord is good: sing praises unto his name; for it is pleasant.
  28. 1 I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee.
  29. 9 I will sing a new song unto thee, O God: upon a psaltery and an instrument of ten strings will I sing praises unto thee.
  30. 2 While I live will I praise the Lord: I will sing praises unto my God while I have any being.
  31. 1 Praise ye the Lord: for it is good to sing praises unto our God; for it is pleasant; and praise is comely.

7 Sing unto the Lord with thanksgiving; sing praise upon the harp unto our God:
  32. 1 Praise ye the Lord. Sing unto the Lord a new song, and his praise in the congregation of saints.

3 Let them praise his name in the dance: let them sing praises unto him with the timbrel and harp.
  33. 10 Sing unto the Lord a new song, and his praise from the end of the earth, ye that go down to the sea, and all that is therein; the isles, and the inhabitants thereof.
  34. 13 Sing unto the Lord, praise ye the Lord: for he hath delivered the soul of the poor from the hand of evildoers.
  35. 7 For thus saith the Lord; Sing with gladness for Jacob, and shout among the chief of the nations: publish ye, praise ye, and say, O Lord, save thy people, the remnant of Israel.
  36. 12 Saying, I will declare thy name unto my brethren, in the midst of the church will I sing praise unto thee.
  37. 8 And being thus overcome with the Spirit, he was carried away in a vision, even that he saw the heavens open, and he thought he saw God sitting upon his throne, surrounded with numberless concourses of angels in the attitude of singing and praising their God.
  38. 28 I say unto you that I have caused that ye should assemble yourselves together that I might rid my garments of your blood, at this period of time when I am about to go down to my grave, that I might go down in peace, and my immortal spirit may join the choirs above in singing the praises of a just God.
  39. 30 And now it came to pass that all this was done in Mormon, yea, by the waters of Mormon, in the forest that was near the waters of Mormon; yea, the place of Mormon, the waters of Mormon, the forest of Mormon, how beautiful are they to the eyes of them who there came to the knowledge of their Redeemer; yea, and how blessed are they, for they shall sing to his praise forever.
  40. 8 Blessed be the name of our God; let us sing to his praise, yea, let us give thanks to his holy name, for he doth work righteousness forever.
  41. 22 Yea, methought I saw, even as our father Lehi saw, God sitting upon his throne, surrounded with numberless concourses of angels, in the attitude of singing and praising their God; yea, and my soul did long to be there.
  42. 31 And it came to pass that they did break forth, all as one, in singing, and praising their God for the great thing which he had done for them, in preserving them from falling into the hands of their enemies.
  43. 7 And he hath brought to pass the redemption of the world, whereby he that is found guiltless before him at the judgment day hath it given unto him to dwell in the presence of God in his kingdom, to sing ceaseless praises with the choirs above, unto the Father, and unto the Son, and unto the Holy Ghost, which are one God, in a state of happiness which hath no end.
  44. 9 And they did sing praises unto the Lord; yea, the brother of Jared did sing praises unto the Lord, and he did thank and praise the Lord all the day long; and when the night came, they did not cease to praise the Lord.
  45. 79 And also this church, to put upon it thy name. And help us by the power of thy Spirit, that we may mingle our voices with those bright, shining seraphs around thy throne, with acclamations of praise, singing Hosanna to God and the Lamb!
  46. 22 Brethren, shall we not go on in so great a cause? Go forward and not backward. Courage, brethren; and on, on to the victory! Let your hearts rejoice, and be exceedingly glad. Let the earth break forth into singing. Let the dead speak forth anthems of eternal praise to the King Immanuel, who hath ordained, before the world was, that which would enable us to redeem them out of their prison; for the prisoners shall go free.
23 Let the mountains shout for joy, and all ye valleys cry aloud; and all ye seas and dry lands tell the wonders of your Eternal King! And ye rivers, and brooks, and rills, flow down with gladness. Let the woods and all the trees of the field praise the Lord; and ye solid rocks weep for joy! And let the sun, moon, and the morning stars sing together, and let all the sons of God shout for joy! And let the eternal creations declare his name forever and ever! And again I say, how glorious is the voice we hear from heaven, proclaiming in our ears, glory, and salvation, and honor, and immortality, and eternal life; kingdoms, principalities, and powers!
  47. 28 If thou art merry, praise the Lord with singing, with music, with dancing, and with a prayer of praise and thanksgiving.
