Mourn and comfort

  1. 11 ¶ Now when Job’s three friends heard of all this evil that was come upon him, they came every one from his own place; Eliphaz the Temanite, and Bildad the Shuhite, and Zophar the Naamathite: for they had made an appointment together to come to mourn with him and to comfort him.
  2. 2 To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;
  3. 4 Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.
  4. 9 Yea, and are willing to mourn with those that mourn; yea, and comfort those that stand in need of comfort, and to stand as witnesses of God at all times and in all things, and in all places that ye may be in, even until death, that ye may be redeemed of God, and be numbered with those of the first resurrection, that ye may have eternal life—
  5. 4 And again, blessed are all they that mourn, for they shall be comforted.
