God save

  1.   20 ¶ He that sacrificeth unto any god, save unto the Lord only, he shall be utterly destroyed.
  2.   24 And Samuel said to all the people, See ye him whom the Lord hath chosen, that there is none like him among all the people? And all the people shouted, and said, God save the king.
  3.   16 And it came to pass, when Hushai the Archite, David’s friend, was come unto Absalom, that Hushai said unto Absalom, God save the king, God save the king.
  4.   32 For who is God, save the Lord? and who is a rock, save our God?
  5.   25 For he is gone down this day, and hath slain oxen and fat cattle and sheep in abundance, and hath called all the king’s sons, and the captains of the host, and Abiathar the priest; and, behold, they eat and drink before him, and say, God save king Adonijah.

      34 And let Zadok the priest and Nathan the prophet anoint him there king over Israel: and blow ye with the trumpet, and say, God save king Solomon.
          •  •  •
      39 And Zadok the priest took an horn of oil out of the tabernacle, and anointed Solomon. And they blew the trumpet; and all the people said, God save king Solomon.
  6.   12 And he brought forth the king’s son, and put the crown upon him, and gave him the testimony; and they made him king, and anointed him; and they clapped their hands, and said, God save the king.
  7.   11 Then they brought out the king’s son, and put upon him the crown, and gave him the testimony, and made him king. And Jehoiada and his sons anointed him, and said, God save the king.
  8.   10 My defence is of God, which saveth the upright in heart.
  9.   31 For who is God save the Lord? or who is a rock save our God?
  10.   35 For God will save Zion, and will build the cities of Judah: that they may dwell there, and have it in possession.
  11.   2 Preserve my soul; for I am holy: O thou my God, save thy servant that trusteth in thee.
  12.   21 They forgat God their saviour, which had done great things in Egypt;
  13.   26 Help me, O Lord my God: O save me according to thy mercy:
  14.   20 Now therefore, O Lord our God, save us from his hand, that all the kingdoms of the earth may know that thou art the Lord, even thou only.
  15.   16 And the Lord their God shall save them in that day as the flock of his people: for they shall be as the stones of a crown, lifted up as an ensign upon his land.
  16.   47 And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour.
  17.   18 There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger.
  18.   1 Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the commandment of God our Saviour, and Lord Jesus Christ, which is our hope;
  19.   3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
  20.   3 But hath in due times manifested his word through preaching, which is committed unto me according to the commandment of God our Saviour;
  21.   10 Not purloining, but shewing all good fidelity; that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour in all things.
  22.   4 But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared,
  23.   25 To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.
  24.   8 Wherefore, how great the importance to make these things known unto the inhabitants of the earth, that they may know that there is no flesh that can dwell in the presence of God, save it be through the merits, and mercy, and grace of the Holy Messiah, who layeth down his life according to the flesh, and taketh it again by the power of the Spirit, that he may bring to pass the resurrection of the dead, being the first that should rise.
  25.   15 Behold, ye see that ye had not power to save those who had been cast into the fire; neither has God saved them because they were of thy faith. And the judge smote them again upon their cheeks, and asked: What say ye for yourselves?
  26.   6 Thou also sayest, except we repent we shall perish. How knowest thou the thought and intent of our hearts? How knowest thou that we have cause to repent? How knowest thou that we are not a righteous people? Behold, we have built sanctuaries, and we do assemble ourselves together to worship God. We do believe that God will save all men.
  27.   4 Now when Ammon and his brethren saw this work of destruction among those whom they so dearly beloved, and among those who had so dearly beloved them—for they were treated as though they were angels sent from God to save them from everlasting destruction—therefore, when Ammon and his brethren saw this great work of destruction, they were moved with compassion, and they said unto the king:
  28.   10 Behold I say unto you, do ye suppose that ye cannot worship God save it be in your synagogues only?
  29.   14 And it came to pass that the seventy and first year passed away, and also the seventy and second year, yea, and in fine, till the seventy and ninth year had passed away; yea, even an hundred years had passed away, and the disciples of Jesus, whom he had chosen, had all gone to the paradise of God, save it were the three who should tarry; and there were other disciples ordained in their stead; and also many of that generation had passed away.
  30.   10 And there are none that do know the true God save it be the disciples of Jesus, who did tarry in the land until the wickedness of the people was so great that the Lord would not suffer them to remain with the people; and whether they be upon the face of the land no man knoweth.
  31.   44 If so, his faith and hope is vain, for none is acceptable before God, save the meek and lowly in heart; and if a man be meek and lowly in heart, and confesses by the power of the Holy Ghost that Jesus is the Christ, he must needs have charity; for if he have not charity he is nothing; wherefore he must needs have charity.
  32.   15 For awful is the wickedness to suppose that God saveth one child because of baptism, and the other must perish because he hath no baptism.
  33.   1 Hearken, O ye elders of my church, who have assembled yourselves together in my name, even Jesus Christ the Son of the living God, the Savior of the world; inasmuch as ye believe on my name and keep my commandments.
