"Thy will"

  1. 8 I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart.
  2. 10 Teach me to do thy will; for thou art my God: thy spirit is good; lead me into the land of uprightness.
  3. 10 Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
  4. 42 He went away again the second time, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if this cup may not pass away from me, except I drink it, thy will be done.
  5. 2 And he said unto them, When ye pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth.
  6. 7 Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God.

    9 Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second.
  7. 14 And I said unto him: What am I that I should tempt God to show unto thee a sign in the thing which thou knowest to be true? Yet thou wilt deny it, because thou art of the devil. Nevertheless, not my will be done; but if God shall smite thee, let that be a sign unto thee that he has power, both in heaven and in earth; and also, that Christ shall come. And thy will, O Lord, be done, and not mine.
  8. 10 Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
  9. 29 And I, Moroni, having heard these words, was comforted, and said: O Lord, thy righteous will be done, for I know that thou workest unto the children of men according to their faith;
  10. 44 But thy word must be fulfilled. Help thy servants to say, with thy grace assisting them: Thy will be done, O Lord, and not ours.

    68 O Lord, remember thy servant, Joseph Smith, Jun., and all his afflictions and persecutions—how he has covenanted with Jehovah, and vowed to thee, O Mighty God of Jacob—and the commandments which thou hast given unto him, and that he hath sincerely striven to do thy will.
  11. 2 But, behold, my Beloved Son, which was my Beloved and Chosen from the beginning, said unto me—Father, thy will be done, and the glory be thine forever.
