How long shall I bearwith
this evil congregation, which murmur against me? I have heard the
murmurings of the children of Israel, which they murmur against me.

And when Paul was now about to open his mouth, Gallio said unto the Jews, If it were a matter of wrong or wicked lewdness, O ye Jews, reason would that I should bearwith you:

Would to God ye could bearwith me a little in my folly: and indeed bearwith me.

For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bearwithhim.

Now when our hearts were depressed, and we were about to turn back,
behold, the Lord comforted us, and said: Go amongst thy brethren, the
Lamanites, and bearwith patience thine afflictions, and I will give unto you success.

O Lord God, how long wilt thou suffer that such wickedness and
infidelity shall be among this people? O Lord, wilt thou give me
strength, that I may bearwith mine infirmities. For I am infirm, and such wickedness among this people doth pain my soul.

And now my beloved brethren, I would exhort you to have patience, and that ye bearwith
all manner of afflictions; that ye do not revile against those who do
cast you out because of your exceeding poverty, lest ye become sinners
like unto them;
41
But that ye have patience, and bearwith those afflictions, with a firm hope that ye shall one day rest from all your afflictions.

For, for this cause I commanded Moses that he should build a tabernacle, that they should bear it with
them in the wilderness, and to build a house in the land of promise,
that those ordinances might be revealed which had been hid from before
the world was.
