A man of

  1.   27 And the boys grew: and Esau was a cunning ahunter, a man of the field; and Jacob was a bplain man, dwelling in ctents.
  2.   1 And there went a man of the house of aLevi, and took to wife a daughter of Levi.
  3.   3 The Lord is a man of awar: the Lord is his bname.
  4.   5 Or whosoever toucheth any creeping thing, whereby he may be made unclean, or a man aof whom he may take uncleanness, whatsoever uncleanness he hath;

  36.   28 And the man Jeroboam was a mighty man of valour: and Solomon seeing the young man that he was industrious, he made him ruler over all the charge of the house of Joseph.
  37.   1 And, behold, there came a man of God out of Judah by the word of the Lord unto Beth-el: and Jeroboam stood by the altar to burn incense.
  38.   24 ¶ And the woman said to Elijah, Now by this I know that thou art a man of God, and that the word of the Lord in thy mouth is truth.
  39.   28 ¶ And there came a man of God, and spake unto the king of Israel, and said, Thus saith the Lord, Because the Syrians have said, The Lord is God of the hills, but he is not God of the valleys, therefore will I deliver all this great multitude into thine hand, and ye shall know that I am the Lord.

  62.   18 A man void of understanding striketh hands, and becometh surety in the presence of his friend.

      27 He that hath knowledge aspareth his words: and a man of bunderstanding cis of an excellent spirit.
      28 Even a fool, when he aholdeth his peace, is counted wise: and he that bshutteth his lips is esteemed a man of understanding.
  63.   19 A man of great awrath shall suffer punishment: for if thou deliver him, yet thou must do it again.
  64.   5 aCounsel in the bheart of man is like deep cwater; but a man of understanding will draw it out.
  65.   5 A wise man is astrong; yea, a man of knowledge increaseth strength.
  66.   2 For the transgression of a land many are the princes thereof: but by a man of understanding and knowledge the state thereof shall be prolonged.

  94.   4 And behold, I am also a man of no small areputation among all those who know me; yea, and behold, I have many kindreds and bfriends, and I have also acquired much riches by the hand of my cindustry.

      7 As I was journeying to see a very near kindred, behold an aangel of the Lord appeared unto me and said: Amulek, return to thine own house, for thou shalt feed a prophet of the Lord; yea, a holy man, who is a chosen man of God; for he has bfasted many days because of the sins of this people, and he is an hungered, and thou shalt creceive him into thy house and feed him, and he shall bless thee and thy house; and the blessing of the Lord shall rest upon thee and thy house.
  95.   10 Yea, we see that Amalickiah, because he was a man of cunning device and a man of many flattering words, that he led away the hearts of many people to do wickedly; yea, and to seek to adestroy the church of God, and to destroy the foundation of bliberty which God had granted unto them, or which blessing God had sent upon the face of the land for the crighteous’ sake.
  96.   11 And Moroni was a astrong and a mighty man; he was a man of a perfect bunderstanding; yea, a man that did not delight in bloodshed; a man whose soul did joy in the liberty and the freedom of his country, and his brethren from bondage and slavery;

      18 And behold, the people did rejoice and glorify God, and the whole face of the land was filled with rejoicing; and they did no more seek to destroy Nephi, but they did esteem him as a agreat prophet, and a man of God, having great power and authority given unto him from God.
  100.   20 And behold, if the Lord shall say unto a man—Because of thine iniquities, thou shalt be accursed aforever—it shall be done.
