  10.   14 ¶ And Moses asent messengers from Kadesh unto the king of Edom, Thus saith thy brother Israel, Thou knowest all the travail that hath befallen us:

  12.   13 Up, asanctify the people, and say, bSanctify yourselves against to morrow: for thus saith the Lord God of Israel, There is an accursed thing in the midst of thee, O Israel: thou canst not stand before thine enemies, until ye take away the accursed thing from among you.
  13.   16 Thus saith the whole acongregation of the Lord, What trespass is this that ye have committed against the God of Israel, to turn away this day from following the Lord, in that ye have builded you an altar, that ye might brebel this day against the Lord?

  20.   5 Go and tell my servant David, Thus saith the Lord, Shalt thou build me an ahouse for me to dwell in?
          •  •  •

  25.   24 Thus saith the Lord, Ye shall not go up, nor fight against your abrethren the children of Israel: return every man to his house; for this thing is from me. They hearkened therefore to the word of the Lord, and returned to depart, according to the word of the Lord.
  26.   2 And he cried against the altar in the word of the Lord, and said, O altar, altar, thus saith the Lord; Behold, a child shall be born unto the house of David, Josiah by name; and upon thee shall he offer the priests of the ahigh places that burn incense upon thee, and men’s bones shall be bburnt upon thee.
          •  •  •

      14 And Ahab said, By whom? And he said, Thus saith the Lord, Even by the ayoung men of the princes of the bprovinces. Then he said, Who shall order the battle? And he answered, Thou.
          •  •  •
      28 ¶ And there came a man of God, and spake unto the king of Israel, and said, Thus saith the Lord, Because the Syrians have said, The Lord is God of the hills, but he is not God of the valleys, therefore will I deliver all this great multitude into thine hand, and ye shall know that I am the Lord.
          •  •  •
      42 And he said unto him, Thus saith the Lord, Because thou hast let go out of thy hand a man whom I appointed to utter destruction, therefore thy alife shall go for his life, and thy people for his people.
  30.   19 And thou shalt speak unto him, saying, Thus saith the Lord, Hast thou killed, and also taken possession? And thou shalt speak unto him, saying, Thus saith the Lord, In the place where dogs licked the blood of Naboth shall dogs lick thy blood, even thine.
  31.   11 And Zedekiah the son of Chenaanah made him horns of iron: and he said, Thus saith the Lord, With these shalt thou push the Syrians, until thou have consumed them.

      27 And say, Thus saith the king, Put this fellow in the prison, and feed him with bread of affliction and with water of affliction, until I come in peace.
  32.   4 Now therefore thus saith the Lord, Thou shalt not come down from that bed on which thou art gone up, but shalt surely adie. And Elijah departed.
          •  •  •
      6 And they said unto him, There came a man up to meet us, and said unto us, Go, turn again unto the king that sent you, and say unto him, Thus saith the Lord, Is it not because there is not a God in Israel, that thou sendest to enquire of Baal-zebub the god of Ekron? therefore thou shalt not come down from that bed on which thou art gone up, but shalt surely die.
          •  •  •
      16 And he said unto him, Thus saith the Lord, Forasmuch as thou hast sent messengers to enquire of Baal-zebub the god of Ekron, is it not because there is no God in Israel to enquire of his word? therefore thou shalt not come down off that bed on which thou art gone up, but shalt surely die.
  33.   21 And he went forth unto the spring of the waters, and cast the asalt in there, and said, Thus saith the Lord, I have healed these bwaters; there shall not be from thence any more death or cbarren land.
  34.   16 And he said, Thus saith the Lord, Make this valley full of ditches.
      17 For thus saith the Lord, Ye shall not see wind, neither shall ye see rain; yet that valley shall be filled with water, that ye may drink, both ye, and your cattle, and your beasts.
  35.   43 And his servitor said, What, should I set this before an hundred men? He said again, Give the people, that they may eat: for thus saith the Lord, They shall eat, and shall leave thereof.

  37.   3 Then take the box of oil, and pour it on his head, and say, Thus saith the Lord, I have anointed thee king over Israel. Then open the door, and flee, and tarry not.
          •  •  •
      6 And he arose, and went into the house; and he poured the aoil on his head, and said unto him, Thus saith the Lord God of Israel, I have anointed thee king over the people of the Lord, even over Israel.
          •  •  •
      12 And they said, It is false; tell us now. And he said, Thus and thus spake he to me, saying, Thus saith the Lord, I have anointed thee king over Israel.
          •  •  •
      18 So there went one on horseback to meet him, and said, Thus saith the king, Is it peace? And Jehu said, What hast thou to do with peace? turn thee behind me. And the watchman told, saying, The messenger came to them, but he cometh not again.
      19 Then he sent out a second on horseback, which came to them, and said, Thus saith the king, Is it peace? And Jehu answered, What hast thou to do with peace? turn thee behind me.
  38.   19 And Rab-shakeh said unto them, Speak ye now to Hezekiah, Thus saith the great king, the king of Assyria, What confidence is this wherein thou trustest?
          •  •  •
      29 Thus saith the king, Let not Hezekiah deceive you: for he shall not be able to deliver you out of his hand:
          •  •  •
      31 Hearken not to Hezekiah: for thus saith the king of Assyria, Make an agreement with me by a present, and come out to me, and then eat ye every man of his own vine, and every one of his fig tree, and drink ye every one the waters of his cistern:
  39.   3 And they said unto him, Thus saith Hezekiah, This day is a day of trouble, and of rebuke, and blasphemy: for the children are come to the birth, and there is not strength to bring forth.
          •  •  •
      6 ¶ And aIsaiah said unto them, Thus shall ye say to your master, Thus saith the Lord, Be not afraid of the words which thou hast heard, with which the servants of the king of Assyria have blasphemed me.
          •  •  •
      20 ¶ Then Isaiah the son of Amoz sent to Hezekiah, saying, Thus saith the Lord God of Israel, That which thou hast aprayed to me against Sennacherib king of Assyria I have heard.
          •  •  •
      32 Therefore thus saith the Lord concerning the king of Assyria, He shall not come into this city, nor shoot an arrow there, nor come before it with shield, nor cast a bank against it.
  40.   1 In those days was aHezekiah sick unto death. And the prophet Isaiah the son of Amoz came to him, and said unto him, Thus saith the Lord, Set thine house in order; for thou shalt bdie, and not live.
          •  •  •
      5 Turn again, and tell Hezekiah the captain of my people, Thus saith the Lord, the God of David thy father, I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy tears: behold, I will aheal thee: on the third day thou shalt go up unto the house of the Lord.
  41.   12 Therefore thus saith the Lord God of Israel, Behold, I am bringing such evil upon Jerusalem and Judah, that whosoever heareth of it, both his ears shall atingle.
  42.   15 ¶ And she said unto them, Thus saith the Lord God of Israel, Tell the man that sent you to me,
      16 Thus saith the Lord, Behold, I will bring evil upon this place, and upon the inhabitants thereof, even all the words of the abook which the king of Judah hath read:
          •  •  •
      18 But to the king of Judah which sent you to enquire of the Lord, thus shall ye say to him, Thus saith the Lord God of Israel, As touching the words which thou hast heard;
  43.   4 Go and tell David my servant, Thus saith the Lord, Thou shalt not build me an house to dwell in:
          •  •  •
      7 Now therefore thus shalt thou say unto my servant David, Thus saith the Lord of hosts, I took thee from the sheepcote, even from following the sheep, that thou shouldest be ruler over my people Israel:
  44.   10 Go and tell David, saying, Thus saith the Lord, I offer thee three things: choose thee one of them, that I may do it unto thee.
      11 So Gad came to David, and said unto him, Thus saith the Lord, Choose thee
  45.   4 Thus saith the Lord, Ye shall not go up, nor fight against your brethren: return every man to his house: for this thing is done of me. And they obeyed the words of the Lord, and returned from going against Jeroboam.
  46.   5 ¶ Then came Shemaiah the prophet to Rehoboam, and to the princes of Judah, that were gathered together to Jerusalem because of Shishak, and said unto them, Thus saith the Lord, Ye have forsaken me, and therefore have I also left you in the hand of Shishak.
  47.   10 And Zedekiah the son of Chenaanah had made him ahorns of iron, and said, Thus saith the Lord, With these thou shalt push Syria until they be consumed.
          •  •  •
      26 And say, Thus saith the king, Put this fellow in the prison, and feed him with bread of affliction and with water of affliction, until I return in peace.
  48.   15 And he said, Hearken ye, all Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem, and thou king Jehoshaphat, Thus saith the Lord unto you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the abattle is not yours, but God’s.
  49.   12 ¶ And there came a writing to him from Elijah the prophet, saying, Thus saith the Lord God of David thy father, Because thou hast not walked in the ways of Jehoshaphat thy father, nor in the ways of aAsa king of Judah,
  50.   20 And the aSpirit of God came upon Zechariah the son of Jehoiada the priest, which stood above the people, and said unto them, Thus saith God, Why transgress ye the commandments of the Lord, that ye cannot bprosper? because ye have forsaken the Lord, he hath also forsaken you.

  51.   10 Thus saith Sennacherib king of Assyria, Whereon do ye trust, that ye abide in the siege in Jerusalem?
  52.   23 ¶ And she answered them, Thus saith the Lord God of Israel, Tell ye the man that sent you to me,
      24 Thus saith the Lord, Behold, I will bring evil upon this place, and upon the inhabitants thereof, even all the acurses that are written in the bbook which they have read before the king of Judah:
          •  •  •
      26 And as for the king of Judah, who sent you to enquire of the Lord, so shall ye say unto him, Thus saith the Lord God of Israel concerning the words which thou hast heard;
  53.   23 Thus saith Cyrus king of Persia, All the kingdoms of the earth hath the Lord God of heaven given me; and he hath charged me to build him an ahouse in Jerusalem, which is in Judah. Who is there among you of all his people? The Lord his God be with him, and let him go up.
  54.   2 Thus saith aCyrus king of Persia, The Lord God of heaven hath given me all the kingdoms of the earth; and he hath charged me to build him an bhouse at Jerusalem, which is in Judah.
  55.   7 Thus saith the Lord God, It shall not stand, neither shall it come to pass.
  56.   24 ¶ Therefore thus saith the Lord God of hosts, O my people that dwellest in Zion, be not afraid of the Assyrian: he shall asmite thee with a rod, and shall lift up his staff against thee, after the manner of bEgypt.
  57.   15 ¶ Thus saith the Lord God of hosts, Go, get thee unto this treasurer, even unto aShebna, which is over the house, and say,
  58.   16 ¶ Therefore thus saith the Lord God, Behold, I lay in Zion for a afoundation a bstone, a tried stone, a precious ccorner stone, a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste.
  59.   22 Therefore thus saith the Lord, who redeemed Abraham, concerning the ahouse of Jacob, Jacob shall not now be ashamed, neither shall his face now wax pale.
  60.   12 Wherefore thus saith the Holy One of Israel, Because ye despise this word, and trust in oppression and perverseness, and stay thereon:
          •  •  •
      15 For thus saith the Lord God, the Holy One of Israel; In returning and rest shall ye be saved; in aquietness and in confidence shall be your strength: and ye would not.
  61.   4 ¶ And Rabshakeh said unto them, Say ye now to Hezekiah, Thus saith the great king, the king of Assyria, What confidence is this wherein thou trustest?
          •  •  •
      14 Thus saith the king, Let not Hezekiah deceive you: for he shall not be able to deliver you.
          •  •  •
      16 Hearken not to Hezekiah: for thus saith the king of Assyria, Make an agreement with me by a present, and come out to me: and eat ye every one of his vine, and every one of his fig tree, and drink ye every one the waters of his own cistern;
  62.   3 And they said unto him, Thus saith Hezekiah, This day is a day of atrouble, and of rebuke, and of bblasphemy: for the children are come to cthe birth, and there is not strength to bring forth.
          •  •  •
      6 ¶ And aIsaiah said unto them, Thus shall ye say unto your master, Thus saith the Lord, Be not afraid of the words that thou hast heard, wherewith the servants of the king of Assyria have blasphemed me.
          •  •  •
      21 ¶ Then Isaiah the son of Amoz sent unto Hezekiah, saying, Thus saith the Lord God of Israel, Whereas thou hast prayed to me against Sennacherib king of Assyria:
          •  •  •
      33 Therefore thus saith the Lord concerning the king of Assyria, He shall not come into this city, nor shoot an arrow there, nor come before it with shields, nor cast a abank against it.
  63.   1 In those days was aHezekiah sick unto death. And Isaiah the prophet the son of Amoz came unto him, and said unto him, Thus saith the Lord, Set thine house in order: for thou shalt die, and not live.
          •  •  •
      5 Go, and say to Hezekiah, Thus saith the Lord, the God of David thy father, I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy tears: behold, I will aadd unto thy days fifteen years.
  64.   5 ¶ Thus saith God the Lord, he that acreated the heavens, and stretched them out; he that spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it; he that giveth bbreath unto the people upon it, and cspirit to them that dwalk therein:
  65.   1 But now thus saith the Lord that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have aredeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.
          •  •  •
      14 ¶ Thus saith the Lord, your aredeemer, the Holy One of Israel; For your sake I have sent to Babylon, and have brought down all their nobles, and the Chaldeans, whose cry is in the ships.
          •  •  •
      16 Thus saith the Lord, which amaketh a way in the sea, and a path in the mighty waters;
  66.   2 Thus saith the Lord that made thee, and aformed thee from the womb, which will help thee; Fear not, O Jacob, my servant; and thou, bJesurun, whom I have chosen.
          •  •  •
      6 Thus saith the Lord the aKing of Israel, and his redeemer the Lord of hosts; I am the bfirst, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God.
          •  •  •
      24 Thus saith the Lord, thy aredeemer, and he that bformed thee from the womb, I am the Lord that cmaketh all things; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself;
  67.   1 Thus saith the Lord to his aanointed, to bCyrus, whose right hand I have cholden, to dsubdue nations before him; and I will loose the loins of kings, to open before him the etwo leaved gates; and the gates shall not be shut;
          •  •  •
      11 Thus saith the Lord, the Holy One of Israel, and his Maker, Ask me of things to come concerning my asons, and concerning the bwork of my hands ccommand ye me.
          •  •  •
      14 Thus saith the Lord, The labour of aEgypt, and merchandise of Ethiopia and of the Sabeans, men of stature, shall come over unto thee, and they shall be thine: they shall come bafter thee; in chains they shall come over, and they shall fall down unto thee, they shall make supplication unto thee, saying, Surely God is in thee; and there is cnone else, there is no God.
          •  •  •
      18 For thus saith the Lord that acreated the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be binhabited: I am the Lord; and there is none else.
  68.   17 Thus saith the Lord, thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; I am the Lord thy God which teacheth thee to profit, which aleadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go.
  69.   7 Thus saith the Lord, the Redeemer of Israel, and his Holy One, to him whom man despiseth, to him whom the nation abhorreth, to a servant of rulers, Kings shall see and arise, princes also shall worship, because of the Lord that is faithful, and the Holy One of Israel, and he shall choose thee.
      8 Thus saith the Lord, In an acceptable atime have I heard thee, and in a day of salvation have I helped thee: and I will preserve thee, and give thee for a bcovenant of the people, to establish the earth, to cause to cinherit the desolate heritages;
          •  •  •
      22 Thus saith the Lord God, Behold, I will alift up mine hand to the bGentiles, and set up my cstandard to the people: and they shall bring thy dsons in their arms, and thy daughters shall be carried upon their shoulders.
          •  •  •
      25 But thus saith the Lord, Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for I will acontend with him that contendeth with thee, and I will save thy children.
  70.   1 aThus saith the Lord, Where is the bill of your mother’s bdivorcement, whom I have put away? or which of my creditors is it to whom I have sold you? Behold, for your ciniquities have ye sold yourselves, and for your transgressions is your dmother put away.
  71.   22 Thus saith thy Lord the Lord, and thy God that apleadeth the cause of his people, Behold, I have taken out of thine hand the cup of trembling, even the dregs of the cup of my fury; thou shalt no more drink it again:
  72.   3 For thus saith the Lord, Ye have asold yourselves for nought; and ye shall be redeemed without bmoney.
      4 For thus saith the Lord aGod, My people went down aforetime into bEgypt to sojourn there; and the Assyrian oppressed them without cause.
  73.   1 Thus saith the Lord, Keep ye judgment, and do ajustice: for my salvation is bnear to come, and my righteousness to be revealed.
          •  •  •
      4 For thus saith the Lord unto the eunuchs that keep my sabbaths, and choose the things that please me, and take hold of my covenant;
  74.   15 For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth aeternity, whose name is bHoly; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a ccontrite and dhumble spirit, to erevive the spirit of the fhumble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.
  75.   8 ¶ Thus saith the Lord, As the anew wine is found in the cluster, and one saith, Destroy it not; for a blessing is in it: so will I do for my servants’ sakes, that I may bnot destroy them all.
          •  •  •
      13 Therefore thus saith the Lord God, Behold, my servants shall eat, but ye shall be hungry: behold, my servants shall drink, but ye shall be thirsty: behold, my servants shall rejoice, but ye shall be ashamed:
  76.   1 Thus saith the Lord, The heaven is my athrone, and the earth is my footstool: where is the house that ye build unto me? and where is the place of my rest?
          •  •  •
      12 For thus saith the Lord, Behold, I will extend peace to her alike a river, and the glory of the bGentiles like a flowing stream: then shall ye suck, ye shall be borne upon her sides, and be dandled upon her knees.
  77.   2 Go and cry in the ears of Jerusalem, saying, Thus saith the Lord; I remember thee, the kindness of thy youth, the love of thine espousals, awhen thou wentest after me in the wilderness, in a land that was not sown.
          •  •  •
      5 ¶ Thus saith the Lord, What iniquity have your fathers found in me, that they are gone far from me, and have walked after vanity, and are become vain?
  78.   3 ¶ For thus saith the Lord to the men of Judah and Jerusalem, aBreak up your fallow ground, and sow not among bthorns.
  79.   14 Wherefore thus saith the Lord God of hosts, Because ye speak this word, behold, I will make my words in thy amouth fire, and this people wood, and it shall devour them.
  80.   9 ¶ Thus saith the Lord of hosts, They shall athroughly glean the remnant of Israel as a vine: turn back thine hand as a grapegatherer binto the baskets.
          •  •  •
      16 Thus saith the Lord, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old apaths, where is the good way, and bwalk therein, and ye shall find crest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein.
          •  •  •
      21 Therefore thus saith the Lord, Behold, I will lay astumblingblocks before this people, and the fathers and the sons together shall fall upon them; the neighbour and his friend shall perish.
      22 Thus saith the Lord, Behold, a people cometh from the anorth country, and a great nation shall be raised from the sides of the earth.
  81.   3 Thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, aAmend your ways and your doings, and I will cause you to dwell in this place.
          •  •  •
      20 Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Behold, mine aanger and my fury shall be poured out upon this place, upon man, and upon beast, and upon the trees of the field, and upon the fruit of the ground; and it shall burn, and shall not be quenched.
      21 ¶ Thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel; Put your burnt offerings unto your sacrifices, and eat flesh.
  82.   4 ¶ Moreover thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the Lord; Shall they fall, and not arise? shall he turn away, and not return?
  83.   7 Therefore thus saith the Lord of hosts, Behold, I will amelt them, and btry them; for how shall I do for the daughter of my people?
          •  •  •
      15 Therefore thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will feed them, even this people, with wormwood, and give them water of gall to drink.
          •  •  •
      17 ¶ Thus saith the Lord of hosts, Consider ye, and call for the mourning awomen, that they may come; and send for cunning women, that they may come:
          •  •  •
      22 Speak, Thus saith the Lord, Even the acarcases of men shall fall as dung upon the open field, and as the handful after the harvestman, and none shall gather them.
      23 ¶ Thus saith the Lord, Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his ariches:
  84.   2 Thus saith the Lord, Learn not the way of the aheathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them.
          •  •  •
      18 For thus saith the Lord, Behold, I will sling out the inhabitants of the land at this once, and will distress them, that they may find it so.
  85.   3 And say thou unto them, Thus saith the Lord God of Israel; aCursed be the man that bobeyeth not the words of this ccovenant,
          •  •  •
      11 ¶ Therefore thus saith the Lord, Behold, I will bring aevil upon them, which they shall not be able to escape; and though they shall bcry unto me, I will not hearken unto them.
          •  •  •
      21 Therefore thus saith the Lord of the men of Anathoth, that seek thy alife, saying, Prophesy not in the name of the Lord, that thou die not by our hand:
      22 Therefore thus saith the Lord of hosts, Behold, I will punish them: the young men shall die by the sword; their sons and their daughters shall die by famine:
  86.   14 ¶ Thus saith the Lord against all mine evil neighbours, that touch the inheritance which I have caused my people Israel to inherit; Behold, I will pluck them out of their land, and pluck out the house of Judah from among them.
  87.   1 Thus saith the Lord unto me, Go and get thee a linen girdle, and put it upon thy loins, and put it not in water.
          •  •  •
      9 Thus saith the Lord, After this manner will I mar the apride of Judah, and the great pride of Jerusalem.
          •  •  •
      12 ¶ Therefore thou shalt speak unto them this word; Thus saith the Lord God of Israel, Every bottle shall be filled with wine: and they shall say unto thee, Do we not certainly know that every bottle shall be filled with wine?
      13 Then shalt thou say unto them, Thus saith the Lord, Behold, I will fill all the inhabitants of this land, even the kings that sit upon David’s throne, and the priests, and the prophets, and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, with adrunkenness.
  88.   10 ¶ Thus saith the Lord unto this people, Thus have they loved to wander, they have not arefrained their feet, therefore the Lord doth not accept them; he will now remember their biniquity, and visit their sins.
          •  •  •
      15 Therefore thus saith the Lord concerning the prophets that prophesy in my name, and I asent them not, yet they say, Sword and famine shall not be in this land; By sword and famine shall those prophets be bconsumed.
  89.   2 And it shall come to pass, if they say unto thee, Whither shall we go forth? then thou shalt tell them, Thus saith the Lord; Such as are for death, to death; and such as are for the sword, to the sword; and such as are for the famine, to the famine; and such as are for the captivity, to the captivity.
          •  •  •
      19 ¶ Therefore thus saith the Lord, If thou areturn, then will I bring thee again, and thou shalt stand before me: and if thou take forth the precious from the vile, thou shalt be as my mouth: let them return unto thee; but return not thou unto them.
  90.   3 For thus saith the Lord concerning the sons and concerning the daughters that are born in this place, and concerning their mothers that bare them, and concerning their fathers that begat them in this land;
          •  •  •
      5 For thus saith the Lord, Enter not into the house of amourning, neither go to lament nor bemoan them: for I have taken away my peace from this people, saith the Lord, even lovingkindness and mercies.
          •  •  •
      9 For thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will cause to cease out of this place in your eyes, and in your days, the voice of amirth, and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom, and the voice of the bride.
  91.   5 ¶ Thus saith the Lord; aCursed be the man that btrusteth in man, and maketh cflesh his arm, and whose heart ddeparteth from the Lord.
          •  •  •
      21 Thus saith the Lord; Take heed to yourselves, and bear no burden on the asabbath day, nor bring it in by the gates of Jerusalem;
  92.   11 ¶ Now therefore go to, speak to the men of Judah, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, saying, Thus saith the Lord; Behold, I frame evil against you, and devise a device against you: return ye now every one from his evil way, and make your ways and your doings good.
          •  •  •
      13 Therefore thus saith the Lord; Ask ye now among the heathen, who hath heard such things: the virgin of Israel hath done a very horrible thing.
  93.   1 Thus saith the Lord, Go and get a apotter’s earthen bottle, and take of the bancients of the people, and of the ancients of the priests;
          •  •  •
      3 And say, Hear ye the word of the Lord, O kings of Judah, and inhabitants of Jerusalem; Thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will bring evil upon this place, the which whosoever heareth, his ears shall atingle.
          •  •  •
      11 And shalt say unto them, Thus saith the Lord of hosts; Even so will I break this people and this city, as one breaketh a potter’s vessel, that cannot be made whole again: and they shall bury them in Tophet, till there be no place to bury.
          •  •  •
      15 Thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will bring upon this city and upon all her towns all the evil that I have pronounced against it, because they have hardened their necks, that they might not hear my words.
  94.   4 For thus saith the Lord, Behold, I will make thee a terror to thyself, and to all thy friends: and they shall fall by the sword of their enemies, and thine eyes shall behold it: and I will give all Judah into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall carry them acaptive into Babylon, and shall slay them with the sword.
  95.   4 Thus saith the Lord God of Israel; Behold, I will turn back the weapons of war that are in your hands, wherewith ye fight against the king of Babylon, and against the Chaldeans, which besiege you awithout the walls, and I will assemble them into the midst of this city.
          •  •  •
      8 ¶ And unto this people thou shalt say, Thus saith the Lord; Behold, I set before you the way of alife, and the way of death.
          •  •  •
      12 O house of David, thus saith the Lord; Execute judgment in the morning, and deliver him that is spoiled out of the hand of the oppressor, lest my fury go out like fire, and burn that none can quench it, because of the evil of your doings.
  96.   1 Thus saith the Lord; Go down to the house of the king of Judah, and speak there this word,
          •  •  •
      3 Thus saith the Lord; Execute ye ajudgment and righteousness, and deliver the spoiled out of the hand of the oppressor: and do no wrong, do no violence to the bstranger, the fatherless, nor the widow, neither shed innocent cblood in this place.
          •  •  •
      6 For thus saith the Lord unto the king’s house of Judah; Thou art Gilead unto me, and the head of Lebanon: yet surely I will make thee a wilderness, and cities which are not inhabited.
          •  •  •
      11 For thus saith the Lord touching aShallum the son of Josiah king of Judah, which reigned instead of Josiah his father, which went forth out of this place; He shall not return thither any more:
          •  •  •
      18 Therefore thus saith the Lord concerning Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah; They shall not lament for him, saying, Ah my brother! or, Ah sister! they shall not lament for him, saying, Ah lord! or, Ah his glory!
          •  •  •
      30 Thus saith the Lord, aWrite ye this man childless, a man that shall not prosper in his days: for no man of his seed shall prosper, sitting upon the throne of David, and ruling any more in Judah.
  97.   2 Therefore thus saith the Lord God of Israel against the pastors that feed my people; Ye have scattered my flock, and driven them away, and have not avisited them: behold, I will visit upon you the evil of your doings, saith the Lord.
          •  •  •
      15 Therefore thus saith the Lord of hosts concerning the prophets; Behold, I will feed them with wormwood, and make them drink the water of gall: for from the prophets of Jerusalem is aprofaneness gone forth into all the land.
      16 Thus saith the Lord of hosts, Hearken not unto the words of the prophets that aprophesy unto you: they make you vain: they speak a bvision of their own heart, and not out of the mouth of the Lord.
          •  •  •
      38 But since ye say, The burden of the Lord; therefore thus saith the Lord; Because ye say this word, The burden of the Lord, and I have sent unto you, saying, Ye shall not say, The burden of the Lord;
  98.   5 Thus saith the Lord, the God of Israel; Like these good figs, so will I acknowledge them that are carried away captive of Judah, whom I have sent out of this place into the land of the Chaldeans for their agood.
          •  •  •
      8 ¶ And as the evil figs, which cannot be eaten, they are so evil; surely thus saith the Lord, So will I give Zedekiah the king of Judah, and his princes, and the aresidue of Jerusalem, that remain in this land, and them that dwell in the land of Egypt:
  99.   8 ¶ Therefore thus saith the Lord of hosts; Because ye have not aheard my words,
          •  •  •
      15 ¶ For thus saith the Lord God of Israel unto me; Take the wine acup of this fury at my hand, and cause all the bnations, to whom I send thee, to drink it.
          •  •  •
      27 Therefore thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel; Drink ye, and be adrunken, and spue, and fall, and rise no more, because of the sword which I will send among you.
      28 And it shall be, if they refuse to take the cup at thine hand to adrink, then shalt thou say unto them, Thus saith the Lord of hosts; Ye shall certainly drink.
          •  •  •
      32 Thus saith the Lord of hosts, Behold, evil shall go forth from nation to nation, and a great awhirlwind shall be raised up from the coasts of the earth.
  100.   2 Thus saith the Lord; Stand in the court of the Lord’s house, and speak unto all the cities of Judah, which come to worship in the Lord’s house, all the words that I command thee to speak unto them; adiminish not a word:
          •  •  •
      4 And thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the Lord; If ye will not ahearken to me, to bwalk in my claw, which I have set before you,
          •  •  •
      18 aMicah the Morasthite prophesied in the days of Hezekiah king of Judah, and spake to all the people of Judah, saying, Thus saith the Lord of hosts; Zion shall be bplowed like a field, and cJerusalem shall become heaps, and the mountain of the house as the high places of a forest.

  101.   2 Thus saith the Lord to me; Make thee bonds and ayokes, and put them upon thy neck,
          •  •  •
      4 And command them to say unto their masters, Thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel; Thus shall ye say unto your masters;
          •  •  •
      16 Also I spake to the priests and to all this people, saying, Thus saith the Lord; Hearken not to the words of your prophets that prophesy unto you, saying, Behold, the avessels of the Lord’s house shall now shortly be brought again from Babylon: for they prophesy a lie unto you.
          •  •  •
      19 ¶ For thus saith the Lord of hosts concerning the apillars, and concerning the bsea, and concerning the cbases, and concerning the residue of the vessels that remain in this city,
          •  •  •
      21 Yea, thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, concerning the vessels that remain in the house of the Lord, and in the house of the king of Judah and of Jerusalem;
  102.   11 And Hananiah spake in the presence of all the people, saying, Thus saith the Lord; Even so will I break the yoke of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon from the neck of all nations within the space of two full years. And the prophet Jeremiah went his way.
          •  •  •
      13 Go and tell Hananiah, saying, Thus saith the Lord; Thou hast broken the yokes of wood; but thou shalt make for them yokes of iron.
      14 For thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel; I have put a ayoke of iron upon the neck of all these nations, that they may serve bNebuchadnezzar king of Babylon; and they shall serve him: and I have given him the cbeasts of the field also.
          •  •  •
      16 Therefore thus saith the Lord; Behold, I will cast thee from off the face of the earth: this year thou shalt adie, because thou hast taught rebellion against the Lord.
  103.   4 Thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, unto all that are carried away captives, whom I have caused to be carried away from Jerusalem unto Babylon;
          •  •  •
      8 ¶ For thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel; Let not your prophets and your adiviners, that be in the midst of you, deceive you, neither hearken to your bdreams which ye cause to be dreamed.
          •  •  •
      10 ¶ For thus saith the Lord, That after aseventy years be accomplished at Babylon I will visit you, and bperform my good word toward you, in causing you to creturn to this place.
          •  •  •
      16 Know that thus saith the Lord of the king that sitteth upon the throne of David, and of all the people that dwelleth in this city, and of your brethren that are not gone forth with you into captivity;
      17 Thus saith the Lord of hosts; Behold, I will send upon them the sword, the famine, and the pestilence, and will make them like vile figs, that cannot be eaten, they are so aevil.
          •  •  •
      21 Thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, of Ahab the son of Kolaiah, and of Zedekiah the son of Maaseiah, which prophesy a lie unto you in my name; Behold, I will deliver them into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon; and he shall slay them before your eyes;
          •  •  •
      31 Send to all them of the captivity, saying, Thus saith the Lord concerning Shemaiah the Nehelamite; Because that Shemaiah hath prophesied unto you, and I sent him not, and he caused you to trust in a alie:
      32 Therefore thus saith the Lord; Behold, I will punish Shemaiah the Nehelamite, and his seed: he shall not have a man to dwell among this people; neither shall he behold the good that I will do for my people, saith the Lord; because he hath taught rebellion against the Lord.
  104.   5 For thus saith the Lord; We have heard a voice of trembling, of fear, and not of peace.

          •  •  •

          •  •  •
      15 ¶ Thus saith the Lord; A voice was heard in aRamah, lamentation, and bitter weeping; Rahel weeping for her children refused to be comforted for her children, because they were not.

          •  •  •
      23 Thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel; As yet they shall use this speech in the land of Judah and in the cities thereof, when I shall bring again their captivity; The Lord bless thee, O habitation of justice, and mountain of holiness.
          •  •  •
      35 ¶ Thus saith the Lord, which giveth the asun for a light by bday, and the cordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, which divideth the sea when the waves thereof roar; The Lord of hosts is his name:
          •  •  •
      37 Thus saith the Lord; If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I will also cast off all the seed of Israel for all that they have done, saith the Lord.
  106.   3 For Zedekiah king of Judah had shut him up, saying, Wherefore dost thou prophesy, and say, Thus saith the Lord, Behold, I will give this city into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall take it;
          •  •  •
      14 Thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel; Take these aevidences, this evidence of the purchase, both which is sealed, and this evidence which is open; and put them in an earthen vessel, that they may continue many days.
      15 For thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel; Houses and fields and vineyards shall be possessed again in this land.
          •  •  •
      28 Therefore thus saith the Lord; Behold, I will give this city into the hand of the Chaldeans, and into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and he shall take it:

      36 ¶ And now therefore thus saith the Lord, the God of Israel, concerning this city, whereof ye say, It shall be delivered into the hand of the king of Babylon by the sword, and by the famine, and by the pestilence;
          •  •  •
      42 For thus saith the Lord; Like as I have brought all this great evil upon this people, so will I bring upon them all the good that I have promised them.
  107.   2 Thus saith the Lord the maker thereof, the Lord that formed it, to establish it; the Lord is his name;
          •  •  •

          •  •  •
      10 Thus saith the Lord; Again there shall be heard in this place, which ye say shall be desolate without man and without beast, even in the cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem, that are desolate, without man, and without inhabitant, and without beast,
          •  •  •

  108.   2 Thus saith the Lord, the God of Israel; Go and speak to Zedekiah king of Judah, and tell him, Thus saith the Lord; Behold, I will give this city into the hand of the king of aBabylon, and he shall burn it with fire:
          •  •  •
      4 Yet hear the word of the Lord, O Zedekiah king of Judah; Thus saith the Lord of thee, Thou shalt not die by the sword:
          •  •  •
      13 Thus saith the Lord, the God of Israel; I made a covenant with your fathers in the day that I brought them forth out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondmen, saying,
          •  •  •
      17 Therefore thus saith the Lord; Ye have not hearkened unto me, in proclaiming aliberty, every one to his brother, and every man to his neighbour: behold, I proclaim a liberty for you, saith the Lord, to the sword, to the pestilence, and to the famine; and I will make you to be removed into all the kingdoms of the earth.
  109.   13 Thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel; Go and tell the men of Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, Will ye not receive instruction to hearken to my words? saith the Lord.
          •  •  •
      17 Therefore thus saith the Lord God of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will bring upon Judah and upon all the inhabitants of Jerusalem all the evil that I have pronounced against them: because I have spoken unto them, but they have not aheard; and I have called unto them, but they have not answered.

  110.   29 And thou shalt say to Jehoiakim king of Judah, Thus saith the Lord; Thou hast burned this roll, saying, Why hast thou written therein, saying, The king of Babylon shall certainly come and destroy this land, and shall cause to cease from thence man and beast?

  111.   7 Thus saith the Lord, the God of Israel; Thus shall ye say to the king of Judah, that sent you unto me to enquire of me; Behold, Pharaoh’s aarmy, which is come forth to help you, shall return to bEgypt into their own land.
          •  •  •

          •  •  •
      18 For thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel; As mine anger and my fury hath been poured forth upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem; so shall my fury be poured forth upon you, when ye shall enter into Egypt: and ye shall be an aexecration, and an astonishment, and a curse, and a reproach; and ye shall see this place no more.
  115.   10 And say unto them, Thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will send and take aNebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon, my servant, and will set his throne upon these stones that I have hid; and he shall spread his royal pavilion over them.

          •  •  •
      7 Therefore now thus saith the Lord, the God of hosts, the God of Israel; Wherefore commit ye this great aevil against your souls, to cut off from you man and woman, child and suckling, out of Judah, to leave you none to remain;
          •  •  •

          •  •  •

          •  •  •
      30 Thus saith the Lord; Behold, I will give aPharaoh-hophra king of Egypt into the hand of his enemies, and into the hand of them that seek his life; as I gave bZedekiah king of Judah into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, his enemy, and that sought his life.

          •  •  •
      28 ¶ Concerning aKedar, and concerning the kingdoms of Hazor, which Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon shall smite, thus saith the Lord; Arise ye, go up to Kedar, and spoil the men of the east.

          •  •  •
      33 For thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel; The daughter of Babylon is like a threshingfloor, it is time to thresh her: yet a little while, and the time of her aharvest shall come.
          •  •  •
      36 Therefore thus saith the Lord; Behold, I will plead thy cause, and take vengeance for thee; and I will adry up her sea, and make her springs dry.
          •  •  •
      58 Thus saith the Lord of hosts; The broad walls of Babylon shall be utterly broken, and her high gates shall be burned with fire; and the people shall labour in avain, and the folk in the fire, and they shall be weary.
  123.   4 For they are impudent children and astiffhearted. I do bsend thee unto them; and thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God.
  124.   11 And go, get thee to them of the captivity, unto the children of thy people, and speak unto them, and tell them, Thus saith athe Lord God; whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear.
          •  •  •
      27 But when I speak with thee, I will open thy amouth, and thou shalt say unto them, Thus bsaith the Lord God; He that heareth, let him hear; and he that forbeareth, let him forbear: for they are a rebellious house.
  125.   5 ¶ Thus saith the Lord God; This is Jerusalem: I have set it in the amidst of the nations and countries that are round about her.
          •  •  •
      7 Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Because ye multiplied more than the nations that are round about you, and have not walked in my statutes, neither have kept my ajudgments, neither have done according to the judgments of the nations that are round about you;
      8 Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I, even I, am against thee, and will execute judgments in the midst of thee in the asight of the nations.
  126.   3 And say, Ye mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord God; Thus saith the Lord God to the mountains, and to the hills, to the rivers, and to the valleys; Behold, I, even I, will bring a sword upon you, and I will destroy your high places.
          •  •  •
      11 ¶ Thus saith the Lord God; Smite with thine hand, and stamp with thy foot, and say, Alas for all the evil abominations of the house of Israel! for they shall fall by the sword, by the famine, and by the pestilence.
  127.   2 Also, thou son of man, thus saith the Lord God unto the land of Israel; An aend, the end is come upon the four corners of the land.
          •  •  •
      5 Thus saith the Lord God; An evil, an aonly evil, behold, is bcome.
  128.   5 And the aSpirit of the Lord fell upon me, and said unto me, Speak; Thus saith the Lord; Thus have ye said, O house of Israel: for I bknow the things that come into your cmind, every one of them.
          •  •  •
      7 Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Your slain whom ye have laid in the midst of it, they are the flesh, and this city is the caldron: but I will bring you forth out of the midst of it.
          •  •  •
      16 Therefore say, Thus saith the Lord God; Although I have cast them far off among the heathen, and although I have scattered them among the countries, yet will I be to them as a little asanctuary in the countries where they shall come.
      17 Therefore say, Thus saith the Lord God; I will even agather you from the bpeople, and assemble you out of the countries where ye have been scattered, and I will give you the cland of Israel.
  129.   10 Say thou unto them, Thus saith the Lord God; This burden concerneth the prince in Jerusalem, and all the house of Israel that are among them.
          •  •  •
      19 And say unto the people of the land, Thus saith the Lord God of the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and of the land of Israel; They shall eat their bread with carefulness, and drink their water with aastonishment, that her land may be desolate from all that is therein, because of the bviolence of all them that dwell therein.
          •  •  •
      23 Tell them therefore, Thus saith the Lord God; I will make this proverb to cease, and they shall no more use it as a proverb in Israel; but say unto them, The days are at hand, and the aeffect of every vision.
          •  •  •
      28 Therefore say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God; There shall none of my words be prolonged any more, but the word which I have spoken shall be done, saith the Lord God.
  130.   3 Thus saith the Lord God; Woe unto the afoolish prophets, that follow their own spirit, and have seen nothing!
          •  •  •
      8 Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Because ye have spoken avanity, and seen blies, therefore, behold, I am against you, saith the Lord God.
          •  •  •
      13 Therefore thus saith the Lord God; I will even rend it with a stormy wind in my fury; and there shall be an overflowing shower in mine anger, and great ahailstones in my fury to consume it.
          •  •  •
      18 And say, Thus saith the Lord God; Woe to the women that sew apillows to all armholes, and make kerchiefs upon the head of every stature to hunt souls! Will ye hunt the souls of my people, and will ye save the souls alive that come unto you?
          •  •  •
      20 Wherefore thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I am against your apillows, wherewith ye there hunt the souls to make them fly, and I will tear them from your arms, and will let the souls go, even the souls that ye hunt to make them bfly.
  131.   4 Therefore speak unto them, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God; Every man of the house of Israel that setteth up his idols in his heart, and putteth the astumblingblock of his iniquity before his face, and cometh to the prophet; I the Lord will answer him that cometh according to the multitude of his idols;
          •  •  •
      6 ¶ Therefore say unto the house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord God; Repent, and turn yourselves from your idols; and turn away your faces from all your abominations.
          •  •  •
      21 For thus saith the Lord God; How much more when I send my four sore judgments upon Jerusalem, the asword, and the famine, and the noisome beast, and the pestilence, to cut off from it man and beast?
  132.   6 ¶ Therefore thus saith the Lord God; As the avine tree among the trees of the forest, which I have given to the fire for fuel, so will I give the inhabitants of bJerusalem.
  133.   3 And say, Thus saith the Lord God unto Jerusalem; Thy abirth and thy nativity is of the land of Canaan; thy father was an Amorite, and thy bmother an Hittite.
          •  •  •
      36 Thus saith the Lord God; Because thy afilthiness was poured out, and thy nakedness discovered through thy whoredoms with thy lovers, and with all the idols of thy babominations, and by the blood of thy children, which thou didst give unto them;
          •  •  •
      59 For thus saith the Lord God; I will even deal with thee as thou hast done, which hast despised the aoath in breaking the covenant.
  134.   3 And say, Thus saith the Lord God; A great aeagle with great wings, longwinged, full of feathers, which had divers colours, came unto Lebanon, and took the highest branch of the cedar:
          •  •  •
      9 Say thou, Thus saith the Lord God; Shall it prosper? shall he not pull up the roots thereof, and cut off the fruit thereof, that it wither? it shall wither in all the leaves of her spring, even without great power or many people to pluck it up by the roots thereof.
          •  •  •
      19 Therefore thus saith the Lord God; As I live, surely mine oath that he hath despised, and my covenant that he hath broken, even it will I recompense upon his own head.
          •  •  •
      22 ¶ Thus saith the Lord God; I will also take of the highest abranch of the high cedar, and will set it; I will crop off from the top of his young btwigs a tender one, and will cplant it upon an high mountain and eminent:
  135.   3 Son of man, speak unto the elders of Israel, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God; Are ye come to enquire of me? As I live, saith the Lord God, I will not be aenquired of by you.
          •  •  •
      5 ¶ And say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God; In the day when I achose Israel, and blifted up mine hand unto the seed of the house of Jacob, and made myself known unto them in the land of Egypt, when I lifted up mine hand unto them, saying, I am the cLord your God;
          •  •  •
      27 ¶ Therefore, son of man, speak unto the house of Israel, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God; Yet in this your fathers have ablasphemed me, in that they have committed a trespass against me.
          •  •  •
      30 Wherefore say unto the house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord God; Are ye polluted after the manner of your fathers? and commit ye whoredom after their abominations?
          •  •  •
      39 As for you, O house of Israel, thus saith the Lord God; Go ye, serve ye every one his idols, and hereafter also, if ye will not hearken unto me: but apollute ye my holy name no more with your gifts, and with your bidols.
          •  •  •
      47 And say to the forest of the south, Hear the word of the Lord; Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I will kindle a fire in thee, and it shall devour every green tree in thee, and every dry tree: the flaming flame shall not be quenched, and all faces from the south to the north shall be burned therein.
  136.   3 And say to the land of Israel, Thus saith the Lord; Behold, I am against thee, and will draw forth my asword out of his sheath, and will cut off from thee the righteous and the wicked.
          •  •  •
      9 Son of man, prophesy, and say, Thus saith the Lord; Say, A sword, a sword is sharpened, and also afurbished:
          •  •  •
      24 Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Because ye have made your iniquity to be remembered, in that your atransgressions are discovered, so that in all your doings your sins do appear; because, I say, that ye are come to remembrance, ye shall be btaken with the hand.
          •  •  •
      26 Thus saith the Lord God; Remove the adiadem, and take off the crown: this shall not be the same: exalt him that is blow, and abase him that is high.
          •  •  •
      28 ¶ And thou, son of man, prophesy and say, Thus saith the Lord God concerning the aAmmonites, and concerning their reproach; even say thou, The sword, the sword is drawn: for the slaughter it is bfurbished, to consume because of the glittering:
  137.   3 Then say thou, Thus saith the Lord God, The city asheddeth bblood in the midst of it, that her ctime may come, and maketh idols against herself to defile herself.
          •  •  •
      19 Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Because ye are all become dross, behold, therefore I will gather you into the midst of Jerusalem.
          •  •  •
      28 And her prophets have daubed them with untempered amorter, seeing vanity, and bdivining lies unto them, saying, Thus saith the Lord God, when the Lord hath not spoken.
  138.   22 ¶ Therefore, O Aholibah, thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I will raise up thy lovers against thee, afrom whom thy mind is alienated, and I will bring them bagainst thee on every side;
          •  •  •
      28 For thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I will deliver thee into the hand of them whom thou ahatest, into the hand of them from whom thy mind is alienated:
          •  •  •
      32 Thus saith the Lord God; Thou shalt drink of thy sister’s cup deep and large: thou shalt be laughed to scorn and had in derision; it containeth much.
          •  •  •
      35 Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Because thou hast aforgotten me, and cast me behind thy back, therefore bbear thou also thy lewdness and thy whoredoms.
          •  •  •
      46 For thus saith the Lord God; I will bring up a company upon them, and will give them to be removed and spoiled.
  139.   3 And utter a parable unto the arebellious house, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God; Set on a bpot, set it on, and also pour water into it:
          •  •  •
      6 ¶ Wherefore thus saith the Lord God; Woe to the abloody city, to the pot whose scum is therein, and whose bscum is not gone out of it! bring it out piece by piece; clet no lot fall upon it.
          •  •  •
      9 Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Woe to the bloody city! I will even make the pile for fire great.
          •  •  •
      21 Speak unto the house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I will profane my asanctuary, the excellency of your strength, the desire of your eyes, and that which your soul bpitieth; and your csons and your daughters whom ye have left shall fall by the sword.
  140.   3 And say unto the Ammonites, Hear the word of the Lord God; Thus saith the Lord God; Because thou saidst, Aha, against my sanctuary, when it was profaned; and against the land of Israel, when it was desolate; and against the house of Judah, when they went into captivity;
          •  •  •
      6 For thus saith the Lord God; Because thou hast clapped thine hands, and stamped with the feet, and rejoiced in heart with all thy adespite against the land of Israel;
          •  •  •
      8 ¶ Thus saith the Lord God; Because that aMoab and bSeir do say, Behold, the house of Judah is like unto all the cheathen;
          •  •  •
      12 ¶ Thus saith the Lord God; Because that aEdom hath dealt against the house of Judah by taking vengeance, and hath greatly offended, and revenged himself upon them;
      13 Therefore thus saith the Lord God; I will also stretch out mine hand upon aEdom, and will cut off man and beast from it; and I will make it bdesolate from Teman; and they of Dedan shall fall by the sword.
          •  •  •
      15 ¶ Thus saith the Lord God; Because the aPhilistines have dealt by revenge, and have taken vengeance with a despiteful heart, to destroy it for the old hatred;
      16 Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I will stretch out mine hand upon the Philistines, and I will cut off the Cherethims, and destroy the remnant of the asea coast.
  141.   3 Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I am against thee, O Tyrus, and will cause many nations to come up aagainst thee, as the sea causeth his waves to come up.
          •  •  •
      7 ¶ For thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I will bring upon aTyrus Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, a king of kings, from the bnorth, with horses, and with chariots, and with horsemen, and companies, and much people.
          •  •  •
      15 ¶ Thus saith the Lord God to Tyrus; Shall not the aisles bshake at the sound of thy fall, when the wounded cry, when the slaughter is made in the midst of thee?
          •  •  •
      19 For thus saith the Lord God; When I shall make thee a adesolate city, like the cities that are not inhabited; when I shall bring up the bdeep upon thee, and great waters shall cover thee;
  142.   3 And say unto Tyrus, O thou that art situate at the entry of the sea, which art a merchant of the people for many isles, Thus saith the Lord God; O Tyrus, thou hast said, I am of perfect abeauty.
  143.   2 Son of man, say unto the prince of Tyrus, Thus saith the Lord God; Because thine aheart is lifted up, and thou hast said, I am a God, I sit in the seat of God, in the midst of the seas; yet thou art a bman, and not God, though thou set thine heart as the heart of God:
          •  •  •
      6 Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Because thou hast set thine heart as the heart of God;
          •  •  •
      12 Son of man, take up a alamentation upon the king of Tyrus, and say unto him, Thus saith the Lord God; Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in bbeauty.
          •  •  •
      22 And say, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I am against thee, O Zidon; and I will be glorified in the midst of thee: and they shall know that I am the Lord, when I shall have executed judgments in her, and shall be sanctified in her.
          •  •  •
      25 Thus saith the Lord God; When I shall have agathered the house of bIsrael from the people among whom they are scattered, and shall be sanctified in them in the sight of the cheathen, then shall they dwell in their dland that I have given to my servant Jacob.
  144.   3 Speak, and say, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I am against thee, Pharaoh king of Egypt, the great adragon that lieth in the midst of his rivers, which hath said, bMy river is mine own, and I have made it for myself.
          •  •  •
      8 ¶ Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I will bring a sword upon thee, and cut off man and beast out of thee.
          •  •  •
      13 ¶ Yet thus saith the Lord God; At the end of forty years will I agather the Egyptians from the people whither they were scattered:
          •  •  •
      19 Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I will give the land of Egypt unto Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon; and he shall take her multitude, and take her spoil, and take her prey; and it shall be the wages for his army.
  145.   2 Son of man, prophesy and say, Thus saith the Lord God; Howl ye, aWoe worth the day!
          •  •  •
      6 Thus saith the Lord; They also that uphold Egypt shall fall; and the pride of her power shall come down: afrom the tower of Syene shall they fall in it by the sword, saith the Lord God.
          •  •  •
      10 Thus saith the Lord God; I will also make the multitude of Egypt to cease by the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon.
          •  •  •
      13 Thus saith the Lord God; I will also destroy the aidols, and I will cause their images to cease out of bNoph; and there shall be no more a cprince of the land of Egypt: and I will put a fear in the land of Egypt.
          •  •  •
      22 Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I am against Pharaoh king of Egypt, and will break his arms, the strong, and that which was broken; and I will cause the sword to fall out of his hand.
  146.   10 ¶ Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Because thou hast lifted up thyself in height, and he hath shot up his top among the thick boughs, and his aheart is lifted up in his height;
          •  •  •
      15 Thus saith the Lord God; In the day when he went down to the grave I caused a mourning: I covered the deep for him, and I restrained the floods thereof, and the great waters were stayed: and I caused Lebanon to mourn for him, and all the trees of the field fainted for him.
  147.   3 Thus saith the Lord God; I will therefore aspread out my net over thee with a company of many people; and they shall bring thee up in my net.
          •  •  •
      11 ¶ For thus saith the Lord God; The sword of the king of Babylon shall come upon thee.
  148.   25 Wherefore say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God; Ye eat with the ablood, and lift up your eyes toward your idols, and shed blood: and shall ye possess the land?
          •  •  •
      27 Say thou thus unto them, Thus saith the Lord God; As I live, surely they that are in the wastes shall fall by the asword, and him that is in the open field will I give to the beasts to be devoured, and they that be in the forts and in the caves shall die of the pestilence.
  149.   2 Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God unto the shepherds; Woe be to the ashepherds of Israel that do feed themselves! should not the shepherds bfeed the flocks?
          •  •  •
      10 Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I am against the shepherds; and I will arequire my flock at their hand, and cause them to bcease from feeding the flock; neither shall the shepherds feed themselves any more; for I will deliver my flock from their mouth, that they may not be meat for them.
      11 ¶ For thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I, even I, will both asearch my sheep, and seek them out.
          •  •  •
      17 And as for you, O my aflock, thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I bjudge cbetween cattle and cattle, between the rams and the he goats.
          •  •  •
      20 ¶ Therefore thus saith the Lord God unto them; Behold, I, even I, will judge between the fat cattle and between the lean cattle.
  150.   3 And say unto it, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, O mount Seir, I am against thee, and I will stretch out mine hand against thee, and I will make thee most desolate.
          •  •  •
      14 Thus saith the Lord God; When the whole earth rejoiceth, I will make thee desolate.

  1.   2 Thus saith the Lord God; Because the aenemy hath said against you, Aha, even the ancient high places are ours in bpossession:
      3 Therefore prophesy and say, Thus saith the Lord God; Because they have made you desolate, and swallowed you up on every side, that ye might be a possession unto the residue of the heathen, and ye are taken up in the lips of talkers, and are an infamy of the people:
      4 Therefore, ye mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord God; Thus saith the Lord God to the mountains, and to the hills, to the arivers, and to the valleys, to the desolate bwastes, and to the cities that are forsaken, which became a prey and cderision to the residue of the heathen that are round about;
      5 Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Surely in the fire of my ajealousy have I spoken against the residue of the heathen, and against all bIdumea, which have appointed my land into their possession with the joy of all their heart, with despiteful minds, to cast it out for a prey.
      6 Prophesy therefore concerning the land of Israel, and say unto the mountains, and to the hills, to the rivers, and to the valleys, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I have spoken in my jealousy and in my fury, because ye have borne the ashame of the heathen:
      7 Therefore thus saith the Lord God; I have lifted up mine hand, Surely the heathen that are about you, they shall bear their shame.
          •  •  •
      13 Thus saith the Lord God; Because they say unto you, Thou land devourest up men, and hast abereaved thy nations;
          •  •  •
      22 Therefore say unto the house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord God; I do not this for your asakes, O house of Israel, but for mine holy bname’s sake, which ye have profaned among the heathen, whither ye went.
          •  •  •
      33 Thus saith the Lord God; In the day that I shall have cleansed you from all your iniquities I will also cause you to dwell in the cities, and the wastes shall be builded.
          •  •  •
      37 Thus saith the Lord God; I will yet for this be aenquired of by the house of Israel, to do it for them; I will increase them with men like a flock.
  2.   5 Thus saith the Lord God unto these bones; Behold, I will cause abreath to enter into you, and ye shall live:
          •  •  •
      9 Then said he unto me, Prophesy unto the awind, prophesy, son of man, and say to the wind, Thus saith the Lord God; Come from the four bwinds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live.
          •  •  •
      12 Therefore prophesy and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, O my people, I will open your agraves, and cause you to bcome up out of your graves, and cbring you into the dland of Israel.
          •  •  •
      19 Say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I will take the stick of aJoseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel his fellows, and will put them with him, even with the stick of Judah, and make them one stick, and they shall be one in mine hand.
          •  •  •
      21 And say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I will take the children of Israel from among the aheathen, whither they be gone, and will bgather them on every side, and bring them into their own land:
  3.   3 And say, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal:
          •  •  •
      10 Thus saith the Lord God; It shall also come to pass, that at the same time shall things come into thy amind, and thou shalt think an evil thought:
          •  •  •
      14 ¶ Therefore, son of man, prophesy and say unto Gog, Thus saith the Lord God; In that day when my people of Israel dwelleth safely, shalt thou not know it?
          •  •  •
      17 Thus saith the Lord God; Art thou he of whom I have spoken in old time by my servants the prophets of Israel, which prophesied in those days many years that I would bring thee against them?
  4.   1 Therefore, thou son of man, prophesy against aGog, and say, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal:
          •  •  •
      17 ¶ And, thou son of man, thus saith the Lord God; Speak unto every feathered fowl, and to every abeast of the field, Assemble yourselves, and come; gather yourselves on every side to my sacrifice that I do sacrifice for you, even a great sacrifice upon the mountains of Israel, that ye may eat flesh, and drink blood.
          •  •  •
      25 Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Now will I abring again the captivity of Jacob, and have mercy upon the whole house of bIsrael, and will be jealous for my holy name;
  5.   18 ¶ And he said unto me, Son of man, thus saith the Lord God; These are the ordinances of the altar in the day when they shall make it, to offer burnt offerings thereon, and to asprinkle blood thereon.
  6.   6 And thou shalt say to the arebellious, even to the house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord God; O ye house of Israel, let it suffice you of all your abominations,
          •  •  •
      9 ¶ Thus saith the Lord God; No stranger, auncircumcised in heart, nor uncircumcised in flesh, shall enter into my sanctuary, of any stranger that is among the children of Israel.
  7.   9 ¶ Thus saith the Lord God; Let it suffice you, O princes of Israel: remove violence and spoil, and execute judgment and ajustice, take away your bexactions from my people, saith the Lord God.
          •  •  •
      18 Thus saith the Lord God; In the first month, in the first day of the month, thou shalt take a young bullock without blemish, and cleanse the sanctuary:
  8.   1 Thus saith the Lord God; The agate of the inner court that blooketh toward the east shall be shut the six working days; but on the csabbath it shall be opened, and in the day of the new dmoon it shall be opened.
          •  •  •
      16 ¶ Thus saith the Lord God; If the prince give a gift unto any of his sons, the inheritance thereof shall be his sons’; it shall be their possession by inheritance.
  9.   13 ¶ Thus saith the Lord God; This shall be the border, whereby ye shall inherit the land according to the twelve atribes of Israel: bJoseph shall have two portions.
  10.   3 Thus saith the Lord; For three transgressions of Damascus, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they have athreshed Gilead with threshing instruments of iron:
          •  •  •
