Draw sword

  1.   9 The enemy said, I will apursue, I will overtake, I will divide the spoil; my blust shall be satisfied upon them; I will draw my sword, my hand shall destroy them.
  2.   33 And I will ascatter you among the heathen, and will draw out a sword after you: and your land shall be bdesolate, and your cities waste.
  3.   23 And the ass asaw the angel of the Lord standing in the way, and his sword drawn in his hand: and the ass turned aside out of the way, and went into the field: and Balaam smote the ass, to turn her into the way.

      31 Then the Lord opened the eyes of Balaam, and he saw the angel of the Lord standing in the way, and his sword drawn in his hand: and he bowed down his head, and fell flat on his face.
  4.   13 ¶ And it came to pass, when Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted up his eyes and looked, and, behold, there stood a aman over against him with his sword drawn in his hand: and Joshua went unto him, and said unto him, Art thou for us, or for our adversaries?

      25 And Benjamin went forth against them out of Gibeah the second day, and destroyed down to the ground of the children of Israel again eighteen thousand men; all these drew the sword.

      35 And the Lord smote Benjamin before Israel: and the children of Israel destroyed of the Benjamites that day twenty and five thousand and an hundred men: all these drew the sword.

      37 And the liers in wait hasted, and rushed upon Gibeah; and the liers in wait drew themselves along, and smote all the city with the edge of the sword.

      46 So that all which fell that day of Benjamin were twenty and five thousand men that drew the sword; all these were men of valour.
  8.   51 Therefore David ran, and stood upon the Philistine, and took his sword, and drew it out of the sheath thereof, and slew him, and cut off his head therewith. And when the Philistines saw their champion was dead, they fled.

      16 And David lifted up his eyes, and saw the angel of the Lord stand between the earth and the heaven, having a drawn sword in his hand stretched out over Jerusalem. Then David and the elders of Israel, who were clothed in sackcloth, fell upon their faces.
  13.   25 It is drawn, and cometh out of the body; yea, the glittering sword cometh out of his gall: terrors are upon him.
  14.   14 The wicked have drawn out the sword, and have bent their bow, to cast down the poor and needy, and to slay such as be of upright conversation.
  15.   15 For they fled from the swords, from the drawn sword, and from the bent bow, and from the grievousness of war.
  16.   2 Thou shalt burn with fire a third part in the midst of the city, when the days of the siege are fulfilled: and thou shalt take a third part, and smite about it with a knife: and a third part thou shalt scatter in the wind; and I will draw out a asword after them.

      12 ¶ A third part of thee shall die with the pestilence, and with famine shall they be consumed in the midst of thee: and a third part shall fall by the sword round about thee; and I will scatter a third part into all the winds, and I will draw out a sword after them.
  17.   14 And I will ascatter toward every wind all that are about him to help him, and all his bbands; and I will draw out the csword after them.
  18.   3 And say to the land of Israel, Thus saith the Lord; Behold, I am against thee, and will draw forth my asword out of his sheath, and will cut off from thee the righteous and the wicked.

      5 That all flesh may know that I the Lord have drawn forth my sword out of his sheath: it shall not areturn any more.

      28 ¶ And thou, son of man, prophesy and say, Thus saith the Lord God concerning the aAmmonites, and concerning their reproach; even say thou, The sword, the sword is drawn: for the slaughter it is bfurbished, to consume because of the glittering:
  19.   20 They shall fall in the midst of them that are slain by the sword: she is delivered to the sword: draw her and all her multitudes.

  26.   9 Now, because Gideon withstood him with the words of God he was wroth with Gideon, and drew his sword and began to smite him. Now Gideon being astricken with many years, therefore he was not able to withstand his blows, therefore he was bslain by the sword.
  27.   22 Now, one of them, whose brother had been aslain with the sword of Ammon, being exceedingly angry with Ammon, drew his sword and went forth that he might let it fall upon Ammon, to slay him; and as he lifted the sword to smite him, behold, he fell dead.
  28.   16 Now when his father had heard these words, he was angry with him, and he drew his sword that he might smite him to the earth.

O, my father, what are the men going to do with you? and if then he shall be thrust from thee by the sword, and thou be dragged to bprison, and thine enemies prowl around thee like cwolves for the blood of the lamb;
