"I cannot speak"

  1.   4 Thou holdest mine eyes waking: I am so troubled that I cannot speak.
  2.   6 Then said I, Ah, Lord God! behold, I cannot speak: for I am a child.
  3.   9 And I do this that I may prove unto many that I am the same yesterday, today, and forever; and that I speak forth my words according to mine own pleasure. And because that I have spoken one word ye need not suppose that I cannot speak another; for my work is not yet finished; neither shall it be until the end of man, neither from that time henceforth and forever.
  4.   52 And Korihor put forth his hand and wrote, saying: I know that I am dumb, for I cannot speak; and I know that nothing save it were the power of God could bring this upon me; yea, and I always knew that there was a God.
