Cities and villages

  1.   25 And Israel took all these acities: and Israel dwelt in all the cities of the Amorites, in Heshbon, and in all the villages thereof.
  2.   23 And the border of the children of Reuben was Jordan, and the border thereof. This was the inheritance of the children of Reuben after their families, the cities and the villages thereof.

      41 And Gederoth, Beth-dagon, and Naamah, and Makkedah; sixteen cities with their villages:

      44 And aKeilah, and Achzib, and Mareshah; nine cities with their villages:

      51 And Goshen, and Holon, and Giloh; eleven cities with their villages:

      54 And Humtah, and Kirjath-arba, which is Hebron, and Zior; nine cities with their villages:
          •  •  •
      57 Cain, Gibeah, and Timnah; ten cities with their villages:
          •  •  •
      59 And Maarath, and Beth-anoth, and Eltekon; six cities with their villages:
      60 Kirjath-baal, which is aKirjath-jearim, and Rabbah; two cities with their villages:
          •  •  •
      62 And Nibshan, and the city of Salt, and En-gedi; six cities with their villages.
  4.   9 And the separate cities for the children of Ephraim were among the inheritance of the children of Manasseh, all the cities with their villages.
  5.   24 And Chephar-haammonai, and Ophni, and Gaba; twelve cities with their villages:

      28 And Zelah, Eleph, and aJebusi, which is Jerusalem, bGibeath, and Kirjath; fourteen cities with their villages. This is the cinheritance of the children of Benjamin according to their families.
  6.   6 And Beth-lebaoth, and Sharuhen; thirteen cities and their villages:
      7 Ain, Remmon, and Ether, and Ashan; four cities and their villages:
      8 And all the villages that were round about these cities to Baalath-beer, Ramath of the south. This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Simeon according to their families.

      15 And Kattath, and Nahallal, and Shimron, and Idalah, and Beth-lehem: twelve cities with their villages.
      16 This is the inheritance of the children of Zebulun according to their families, these cities with their villages.
          •  •  •
      22 And the acoast reached to Tabor, and Shahazimah, and Beth-shemesh; and the outgoings of their border were at Jordan: sixteen cities with their villages.
      23 This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Issachar according to their families, the cities and their villages.
          •  •  •
      30 Ummah also, and Aphek, and Rehob: twenty and two cities with their villages.
      31 This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Asher according to their families, these cities with their villages.
          •  •  •
      38 And Iron, and Migdal-el, Horem, and Beth-anath, and Beth-shemesh; nineteen cities with their villages.
      39 This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Naphtali according to their families, the cities and their villages.
          •  •  •
      48 This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Dan according to their families, these cities with their villages.
  7.   12 But the fields of the city, and the villages thereof, gave they to aCaleb the son of Jephunneh for his possession.
  8.   18 And the golden mice, according to the number of all the cities of the Philistines belonging to the five lords, both of afenced cities, and of country villages, even unto the great stone of Abel, whereon they set down the ark of the Lord: which stone remaineth unto this day in the field of Joshua, the Beth-shemite.

  25.   1 Behold, thus saith the Lord unto my servant John Murdock—thou art acalled to go into the eastern countries from house to house, from village to village, and from city to city, to proclaim mine everlasting gospel unto the inhabitants thereof, in the midst of bpersecution and wickedness.
