"Is there among you"

1. 2 Chr. 36: 23
     23 Thus saith Cyrus king of Persia, All the kingdoms of the earth hath the Lord God of heaven given me; and he hath charged me to build him an ^ahouse in Jerusalem, which is in Judah. Who is there among you of all his people? The Lord his God be with him, and let him go up.
2. Ezra 1: 3
     3 Who is there among you of all his people? his God be with him, and let him go up to Jerusalem, which is in Judah, and build the house of the Lord God of Israel, (he is the God,) which is in Jerusalem.
3. Mal. 1: 10
     10 Who is there even among you that would shut the doors for nought? neither do ye kindle fire on mine altar for nought. I have no pleasure in you, saith the Lord of hosts, neither will I ^aaccept an offering at your hand.
4. Alma 5: 29-30, 59
     29 Behold, I say, is there one among you who is not stripped of ^aenvy? I say unto you that such an one is not prepared; and I would that he should prepare ^bquickly, for the hour is close at hand, and he knoweth not when the time shall come; for such an one is not found guiltless.
     30 And again I say unto you, is there one among you that doth make a ^amock of his brother, or that heapeth upon him persecutions?
