Swear with an oath

1. Lev. 5: 4
     4 Or if a soul ^aswear, pronouncing with his lips to do evil, or to do good, whatsoever it be that a man shall pronounce with an oath, and it be hid from him; when he knoweth of it, then he shall be guilty in one of these.
2. Num. 30: 2
     2 If a man vow a ^avow unto the Lord, or swear an ^boath to bind his soul with a bond; he shall not ^cbreak his word, he shall do according to all that proceedeth out of his mouth.
3. Josh. 2: 17, 20
     17 And the men said unto her, We will be ^ablameless of this thine oath which thou hast made us swear.

      8 And behold, I ^aswear unto you, if ye will do this, with an oath, ye shall not be destroyed; but if ye will not do this, I swear unto you with an oath, that on the morrow month I will command that my armies shall come down against you, and they shall not stay their hand and shall spare not, but shall slay you, and shall let fall the sword upon you even until ye shall become extinct.
