"Ten thousand"

  1. 8 And five of you shall chase an hundred, and an hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight: and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword.
  2. 30 How should one chase a thousand, and two put ten thousand to aflight, except their Rock had sold them, and the Lord had shut them up?
  3. 4 And Judah went up; and the Lord delivered the Canaanites and the Perizzites into their hand: and they slew of them in Bezek aten thousand men.
  4. 29 And they slew of Moab at that time about ten thousand men, all alusty, and all men of valour; and there escaped not a man.
  5. 6 And she sent and called aBarak the son of Abinoam out of Kedesh-naphtali, and said unto him, Hath not the Lord God of Israel commanded, saying, Go and draw toward mount Tabor, and take with thee ten thousand men of the children of Naphtali and of the children of Zebulun?

    10 ¶ And Barak called Zebulun and Naphtali to Kedesh; and he went up with ten thousand men at his feet: and Deborah went up with him.

    14 And Deborah said unto Barak, Up; for this is the day in which the Lord hath delivered Sisera into thine hand: is not the Lord gone out abefore thee? So Barak went down from mount Tabor, and ten thousand men after him.
  6. 3 Now therefore go to, proclaim in the ears of the people, saying, Whosoever is afearful and afraid, let him return and depart early from bmount Gilead. And there returned of the people twenty and two thousand; and there remained ten thousand.
  7. 10 And we will take ten men of an hundred throughout all the tribes of Israel, and an hundred of a thousand, and a thousand out of ten thousand, to fetch avictual for the people, that they may do, when they come to Gibeah of Benjamin, according to all the folly that they have wrought in Israel.

    34 And there came against Gibeah ten thousand chosen men out of all Israel, and the battle was asore: but they knew not that evil was near them.
  8. 4 And Saul gathered the people together, and numbered them in Telaim, two hundred thousand footmen, and ten thousand men of Judah.
  9. 3 But the people answered, Thou shalt not ago forth: for if we flee away, they will not care for us; neither if half of us die, will they care for us: but now thou art worth ten thousand of us: therefore now it is better that thou bsuccour us out of the city.

  14. 5 ¶ And Joab gave the sum of the number of the people unto David. And all they of Israel were a athousand thousand and an hundred thousand men that drew sword: and Judah was four hundred threescore and ten thousand men that drew sword.
  15. 7 And gave for the service of the house of God of gold five thousand talents and ten thousand drams, and of silver ten thousand talents, and of brass eighteen thousand talents, and one hundred thousand talents of iron.
  16. 2 And Solomon told out threescore and ten thousand men to bear burdens, and fourscore thousand ato hew in the mountain, and three thousand and six hundred to oversee them.

    18 And he set threescore and ten thousand of them to be bearers of burdens, and fourscore thousand to be hewers in the mountain, and three thousand and six hundred overseers to set the people a work.
  17. 11 ¶ And Amaziah strengthened himself, and led forth his people, and went to the avalley of salt, and smote of the children of Seir ten thousand.
    12 And other ten thousand left alive did the children of Judah carry away captive, and brought them unto the top of the rock, and cast them down from the top of the rock, that they all were broken in pieces.
  18. 5 ¶ He fought also with the king of the Ammonites, and prevailed against them. And the children of Ammon gave him the same year an hundred talents of silver, and ten thousand measures of wheat, and ten thousand of barley. So much did the children of Ammon pay unto him, both the second year, and the third.
  19. 24 For Hezekiah king of Judah did give to the congregation a thousand bullocks and seven thousand sheep; and the princes gave to the congregation a thousand bullocks and ten thousand sheep: and a great number of priests asanctified themselves.
  20. 9 If it please the king, let it be written that they may be adestroyed: and I will bpay ten thousand talents of silver to the hands of those that have the charge of the business, to bring it into the king’s treasuries.
  21. 7 A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.
  22. 10 My beloved is white and ruddy, the chiefest among ten thousand.
  23. 1 Moreover, when ye shall divide by lot the land for inheritance, ye shall offer an oblation unto the Lord, an holy portion of the land: the alength shall be the length of five and twenty thousand breeds, and the breadth shall be ten thousand. This shall be holy in all the borders thereof round about.

    3 And of this measure shalt thou measure the length of five and twenty thousand, and the breadth of ten thousand: and in it shall be the asanctuary and the most bholy place.

    5 And the five and twenty thousand of length, and the ten thousand of breadth, shall also the aLevites, the bministers of the house, have for themselves, for a possession for twenty chambers.
  24. 9 The oblation that ye shall offer unto the Lord shall be of five and twenty thousand in length, and of ten thousand in breadth.
    10 And for them, even for the priests, shall be this holy oblation; toward the north five and twenty thousand in length, and toward the west ten thousand in breadth, and toward the east ten thousand in breadth, and toward the south five and twenty thousand in length: and the asanctuary of the Lord shall be in the midst thereof.

    13 And over against the border of the priests the aLevites shall have five and twenty thousand in length, and ten thousand in breadth: all the length shall be five and twenty thousand, and the breadth ten thousand.

    18 And the residue in length over against the oblation of the holy portion shall be ten thousand eastward, and ten thousand westward: and it shall be over against the oblation of the holy portion; and the increase thereof shall be for food unto them that serve the city.
  25. 10 A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him: athousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the bjudgment was set, and the cbooks were opened.
  26. 24 And when he had begun to reckon, one was brought unto him, which owed him ten thousand talents.
  27. 31 Or what king, going to make war against another king, sitteth not down first, and aconsulteth whether he be able with ten thousand to meet him that cometh against him with twenty thousand?
  28. 15 For though ye have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet have ye not many fathers: for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the agospel.
  29. 19 Yet in the church I had rather aspeak five words with my understanding, that by my voice I might teach others also, than ten thousand words in an unknown tongue.
  30. 11 And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and athousands of thousands;
  31. 28 And also there were sent two thousand men unto us from the land of Zarahemla. And thus we were prepared with ten thousand men, and provisions for them, and also for their wives and their children.
  32. 10 And it came to pass that my men were hewn down, yea, even my aten thousand who were with me, and I fell wounded in the midst; and they passed by me that they did not put an end to my life.
    11 And when they had gone through and hewn down aall my people save it were twenty and four of us, (among whom was my son Moroni) and we having survived the dead of our people, did behold on the morrow, when the Lamanites had returned unto their camps, from the top of the hill Cumorah, the ten thousand of my people who were hewn down, being led in the front by me.
    12 And we also beheld the ten thousand of my people who were led by my son Moroni.
    13 And behold, the ten thousand of Gidgiddonah had fallen, and he also in the midst.
    14 And Lamah had fallen with his ten thousand; and Gilgal had fallen with his ten thousand; and Limhah had fallen with his ten thousand; and Jeneum had fallen with his ten thousand; and Cumenihah, and Moronihah, and Antionum, and Shiblom, and Shem, and Josh, had fallen with their ten thousand each.
    15 And it came to pass that there were ten more who did fall by the sword, with their ten thousand each; yea, even aall my people, save it were those twenty and four who were with me, and also a bfew who had escaped into the south countries, and a few who had deserted over unto the Lamanites, had fallen; and their flesh, and bones, and blood lay upon the face of the earth, being left by the hands of those who slew them to molder upon the land, and to crumble and to return to their mother earth.
