"They took him"

  1.   24 And they took him, and cast him into a pit: and the pit was empty, there was no water in it.
  2.   6 Then said they unto him, Say now Shibboleth: and he said Sibboleth: for he could not frame to pronounce it right. Then they took him, and slew him at the passages of Jordan: and there fell at that time of the Ephraimites forty and two thousand.
  3.   46 But when they sought to lay hands on him, they feared the multitude, because they took him for a prophet.
  4.   36 And when they had sent away the multitude, they took him even as he was in the ship. And there were also with him other little ships.
  5.   8 And they took him, and killed him, and cast him out of the vineyard.
  6.   29 And when they had fulfilled all that was written of him, they took him down from the tree, and laid him in a sepulchre.
  7.   19 And they took him, and brought him unto Areopagus, saying, May we know what this new doctrine, whereof thou speakest, is?
  8.   26 And he began to speak boldly in the synagogue: whom when Aquila and Priscilla had heard, they took him unto them, and expounded unto him the way of God more perfectly.
  9.   9 And it came to pass that they were angry with him; and they took him and carried him bound before the king, and said unto the king: Behold, we have brought a man before thee who has prophesied evil concerning thy people, and saith that God will destroy them.
  10.   13 And it came to pass that they took him and bound him, and scourged his skin with faggots, yea, even unto death.
  11.   13 And they took him and bound up his wounds, and brought him before Limhi, and said: Behold, here is the king of the Lamanites; he having received a wound has fallen among their dead, and they have left him; and behold, we have brought him before you; and now let us slay him.
  12.   15 And it came to pass that they took him; and his name was Nehor; and they carried him upon the top of the hill Manti, and there he was caused, or rather did acknowledge, between the heavens and the earth, that what he had taught to the people was contrary to the word of God; and there he suffered an ignominious death.
  13.   20 But behold they were more wise than many of the Nephites; for they took him, and bound him, and carried him before Ammon, who was a high priest over that people.
