Now they were desirous that salvation should be declared to every
creature, for they could not bear that any human soul should perish;
yea, even the verythoughts that any soul should endure endless torment did cause them to quake and tremble.

Yea, and I had murdered many of his children, or rather led them away
unto destruction; yea, and in fine so great had been my iniquities, that
the verythought of coming into the presence of my God did rack my soul with inexpressible horror.
